    CHAPTER I

And I’m Waiting on the Reaper

As you make your way through this book, you will read many interesting events that as I have been told, Without the documentation, I would swear this was a novel. What really caught my eye, as I pored through voluminous court reports, police reports and the like, is the repetition, the same names, the same political leaders, the same judges and yes, the same crimes. Many have a small single variant, but the crime and the outcome are always the same. A fall guy is tagged, the taxpayer foots the bill, and the mob members enjoy their ill-gotten gains.

People trying to do well or good, should I say, end up being the fall guy and/or they are killed. In this book, you will see the names and pictures of those who have fallen. All at the bequest of those who are stealing money by the bucket load and wish not to be exposed.

Ok, lets dive right in and see what has been uncovered since and in some cases because of my previous book The Dividing of America.

Please bear in mind while you read this, it is all real. Unjust is not a novel. In researching this and my previous book, I ran across the obituary for Kymberly Marie Matthews that I believe was written by her father. Nearing the end of her obituary, he wrote, "I told you what would happen if you moved back to Kingfisher, and it did. You would still be here with me had you have listened to me. … And I’m Waiting on the Reaper". Now as you read this book you will understand where such a quote came from.

After The Dividing of America came out, Chris Poindexter who was discussed in such saw many interesting events transpire. One afternoon while he was at the infamous Planters Co-op Service Station, a man well known to him walked by and in passing said, "I read your book (The Dividing of America), then stopped, turned around, took a few steps back to Chris and only stood inches from his face and stated, "You’re lucky to still be alive." This mentality seems to run rampant with what appears to be many of the members of the Oklahoma State University (OSU) Foundation, especially with those members from the 60's and 70's. Now that you have the flavor and setting, let's begin with the below text message Chris received on June 8th, 2021, from Mike Matthews at 1:52PM. Please take the note of the sentence where he states:

If someone offed you, they wouldn’t know where to start looking.

This same mentality surrounded Kymberly Matthews right up to the conclusion of her life. I bring this forward now because of the narrative that was floated regarding the April 12th, 2015, death does not align with the initial coroner's report of the 11th around 1300 (1:00PM) local time. I wonder why anyone would want to change the date, perhaps as an alibi.

In this flurry of text messages that lasted approximately two weeks, many incriminating statements were made by Mike Matthews. One stands out in particular because, oddly enough, he states that he never has, nor will he ever work for Jack Stuteville. Therefore, Chris Poindexter had no basis nor justification to state that he had worked for Jack Stuteville. Perhaps Mike should pay more attention to the comments that he made to Chris and zip his own lip. The official paperwork for Performance Consulting Group (PCG)'s bankruptcy states clearly that monies were paid to Mike Matthews over a lengthy period. I certainly hope Mike was paid enough to cover the cost of replacing the windows that were broken out of Chris’ brother, Randy Poindexter's pickup? While this breakage was occurring, Randy and Chris were inside the Kingfisher city offices discussing the fraudulent performance bonds Chris had to purchase for the West Bottom Project. Mike Matthews uses the bonds from The Underwriters Group (TUG) or any of The Reverend, Dr. Larry James Wright's other company names on Altus and Tinker Air Force Base (AFB) contracts. (I-5a, b, c) These are the same that Jack Stuteville was peddling to Pridex for the West Bottom Project. Not coincidentally, Chris Poindexter offered to put up a cash bond for the West Bottom Project but guess what? The city refused it.

Sheriff Dennis Banther and Randy Poindexter took volumes of documents to the District Attorney (D.A.) Mike Fields and left them with him as to what was occurring within his District. The following is his response: On March 7, 2014, he wrote a letter to the State of Oklahoma First Assistant Attorney General named Tom Bates. In this letter he states that he has received …allegations include (among others) fraud, theft, murder, and public corruption at all levels of government (city, state [including my office], and Federal). He then recused himself and his office and asked for the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) to investigate. (Fig I-1) Interestingly, that same year, 2014, Tom Bates left the position with the Attorney General's office and became a special advisor to Governor Mary Fallin, Jay Clay Christensen's brother's wife.

Chris Poindexter next attempted to get this D.A. to do his job regarding the serious corruption that was at his doorstep but shockingly he stood Chris up after Chris had driven nearly three hours for the meeting. After having stood Chris up, he talked to him on the phone and he all but refused to listen or show even the most remote interest. Finally, Chris told him, …if you want to hang up on me, go ahead. Just know that I will give your name and contact information to the dead people's relatives and friends so that they can come and discuss this with you personally. Immediately, the tone of the conversation from Mike Fields changed. He became extremely agreeable. He stated that he would review all the relevant information and look seriously into the documentation that he knew the Sheriff and Randy had brought him. Field's first course of action was to recuse himself from investigating or prosecuting the case. Why did he recuse himself?

Moving down the road a few years, on January 22, 2018, Chris Poindexter was arrested on a fraudulent, Home Repair Fraud charge that was subsequently quashed and proven to be malicious prosecution. Here is where the rubber met the road. The complainant, a Mr. Alan Beck, whose home was restored after the tornado of May 17, 2017, by Pridex Construction Company, owned by Chris Poindexter, had given Beck a flash drive with all the information on the suit and his attempt to collect when Beck stated he doubted what Chris told him. At the advice of Tom Ivester, an attorney doing work for the City of Elk City, had Alan Beck take the flash drive given to him by Chris to the Elk City Police Department to enter as evidence. While Mr. Beck was singing his fraud song to the Elk City Police Department, he used Tom Ivester's name in the complaint numerous times. Beck did as he was instructed and turned over the flash drive that had all the information plus some that had been previously furnished to the District Attorney Mike Fields. The Assistant District Attorney, Lynn Lawrence, filed the warrant against Chris Poindexter regarding the alleged fraud and entered the data from the flash drive into the log with the arrest, making it a public record.

    I-2

At last note, Tom Ivester is now the City Manager of Elk City.

Mike Fields was recently elected as the Director of the Oklahoma District Attorney's Association (ODAA). Looking back to March of 2014 we see that this same District Attorney, after being given volumes of documents from Sheriff Dennis Banther and Randy Poindexter that demonstrated he and his department had "Sweeping Allegation of wrongdoing and criminal conduct by several people. These allegations include (among others) fraud, theft, murder, and public corruption at all levels of government (city, state, [including my office], and federal." recused himself and turned a blind eye so as not to have to convict himself. (Fig I-1) Obviously, it is important to understand this statement, that is why it appears twice in this chapter. I will refer to this throughout the book as it is a pivotal statement. Recall the judge, in his jurisdiction who hired, numerous times a Hit Man that impersonated as a Special Process Server. Or then again, I suppose that would classify as a Special Process?

The unique events at this point went into overdrive. First, shortly after the fraudulent arrest and booking of Chris Poindexter on January 22, 2018, Lynn Lawrence the Assistant District Attorney was fired. Tom Bates who in 2014, left to advise the Governor (of what we are not certain), (I-4) now on March 28, 2018, he became the Oklahoma State Department of Health Interim Commissioner. What an interesting career change? Stan Florence, Director of the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) resigned on February 9, 2018. Isn’t it interesting how this little bitty flash drive with a plethora of information rocked the upper echelons of the Oklahoma State Justice Department including the Governor of the State of Oklahoma, Federal Investigators, and judges? It appears that it even shook the Health Department.

To paraphrase an old saying, the fox is guarding the hen house. You know what? We have dead and missing chickens scattered throughout the countryside.

What we are now seeing is "Corruption at all levels of the State and Federal government." With that in mind, let the games begin and the chips fall where they may. (Fig I-3 Resignation Letter)

    CHAPTER II

    The Breaking Game

Our justice system has been turned upside down and shaken.

If one goes back and looks at the way Pridex, Chris Poindexter's company, was victimized in the fraud bond market, you’ll see that it was a well-constructed plot that used the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act as a blueprint for its operations. The scheme enlisted various people within the banking and justice system that would benefit monetarily by luring someone into a game whose ultimate goal was to strip them of every penny they had ever earned and break them to a point that they could never recover.

To fully understand what has happened, I will reiterate a previous event so that one can fully conceptualize the steps necessary to accomplish this and the various entities required to accomplish the task ahead.

It all became blatantly clear when in a discussion with the Assistant District Attorney (ADA), William B. Blew III commented on Chris Poindexter's statement that regarding the actions of Attorney Doug Jackson, they have stolen all of the stock and committed a Ponzi Scheme aimed to bankrupt our Co-op and even worse. "Yeah, I have no doubt and none of this surprises me! Really, the exact person who is to prosecute crimes hears what has and is being done, can only state: Yeah, I have no doubt and none of this surprises me!" The District Attorney's job is to stop this kind of action, not just acknowledge it is happening. Even though he hears and see's such, probably on a daily basis, to find that an attorney that he works with, I would feel, would be surprising, if not very disturbing and upsetting.

Perry Streebin owns Search Engineering in Norman Oklahoma. He contacted Chris and told him about an upcoming construction job known as the Kingfisher West Bottom Project. He had worked with Chris on a number of other projects and never before had anything of this nature come to pass with the bonding issues.

Following up on Streebin's lead, Chris Poindexter's company Pridex bid on the work. Chris Poindexter put up a $25,000 cash bid bond and shortly thereafter was awarded the bid. This project would entail the movement of many yards of dirt, constructing concrete channeling for water control and prepping for the next large storm that would surely hit in the coming years.

Chris proposed his company's bid on the project and almost immediately there were questions on the bond he was providing. It was almost as if no one that worked for the City of Kingfisher had ever heard of a cash bond. This project was backed by federal funding so there would be no issue with being paid. Logic prevailed temporarily and Pridex was awarded the bid. Oddly enough, questions about the bond resurfaced such as can we accept a cash bond? It was as if Chris was offering a ride on a magic flying carpet. Can we take a cash performance bond? I don’t know. What is a cash bond? We must call the city manager. No, we must call the mayor. No wait, we must call the City Attorney. For the love of God, it is not a genie in a bottle; it's a box of cash.

The city attorney was called who also happens to have family and friends in a construction company that (surprise) would soon take over the bid, argued, "We cannot accept a cash bond, as it would not be fair to the other bidders." Really, how is that? Here's what's unfair: let's hook Pridex up with a felonious insurance broker (who happens to owe Jack Stuteville, the fake bond salesman and mayor a bunch of money), and then lead Pridex directly to a fraudulent bond creator who is prohibited by law from selling such bonds in the State of Oklahoma where the Kingfisher West Bottom Project happens to be located. What part of that is fair?

So, the new fake bond is issued through some very questionable dealings and Chris Poindexter is authorized to get to work as soon as possible. The annual wheat harvest will be on the horizon soon and there must be a clear path to the wheat elevators. Shortly there will be no impetus to hurriedly complete, it was only a mechanism to get the family contractor into place and get paid.

While Chris was busy working on this USDA Federally backed project, Mayor Stuteville kept a rather close watch on the progress. As work was nearing the mid-way point, it was suddenly discovered the bond was no good. How could that be? It was okay when the mayor approved it. It was issued through an insurance giant in Arkansas.

Pridex lost the contract, and you would never guess what local family run company it was awarded to. At a substantially higher bid I might add, than the one that Chris Poindexter's Pridex had provided even though a lot of the work had already been completed. It must be nice – less work to perform, but more pay to be made, and of course, it's all in the family. Not to mention a federally backed guaranteed payday.

As you have probably imagined, this went to court. Initially the Federal Court in the Western District of Oklahoma was to hear the case. It was dismissed as it did not meet the criteria of a case under the RICO Statute. As a result, the case was sent back to the District Court in Kingfisher. This is interesting as this case met the criteria exactly to be tried under the organized crime statute. So, from 2011 to 2014 Pridex had to wait for its day in court and a jury trial.

On the day of the trial a most colorful Jack Stuteville was taking the stand with his good ole’ boy demeanor. Kind of a golly-gee-whiz-maam, why am I here act of not understanding why he was even there. What was funny at the time was that some in the courtroom knew about a recorded conversation in which Jack Stuteville threatens the town's fire chief, who happened to be Chris Poindexter's brother. Apparently, not long before this case was to go to trial, the mayor had gone to the home of the fire chief to discuss the upcoming trial. Since the mayor was widely distrusted the fire chief turned on the recorder function of his phone when he saw the mayor approaching. The conversation went downhill immediately. The mayor told the fire chief that …you have no idea what kinds of problems I could cause for you. The chief was widely respected. It wasn’t surprising, therefore that many in the room had already heard about the recording and knew exactly where the attorney was going, but Jack didn’t seem to have a clue or maybe he thought he could outwit everyone. Either way, he was walked right into the recording. Initially, he denied any insinuation that he was a bad guy or had made any threats. There was nothing the judge could do but allow the tape to be played. Mr. Stuteville immediately recanted, and it was not necessary to play the recording. The audience and the jury were excited because seeing and knowing what Jack Stuteville did and was capable of gave all in the courtroom a 100% clear understanding. This further provided a legal basis to form opinions and the jury did exactly that. Jack claimed that the remarks were taken out of context, and he didn’t mean he would do anything to Randy Poindexter. That was the final nail in the coffin for the jury. They didn’t show much reaction, but I remember thinking…they just heard their former mayor threaten their heroic fire chief. It was as if any notion of a not-guilty verdict floated out of the jury box and right out the window. The mayor and his accomplices were found guilty but never faced any kind of a criminal charge. Perhaps we should ask the Assistant District Attorney, William B. Blew III, or then again, I think we know since he knew exactly what was occurring with his statement regarding Douglas L. Jackson, Stuteville's attorney.

    II-1

    II-2

What happened next obliterated anyone's view of justice as the Judge Paul K. Woodward tossed aside a unanimous jury verdict and awarded this gang a new trial. The judge claimed that the jury did not understand all of the facts and
