Homage
I dedicate this book to my sons, Rodrigo and Bernardo, to my father, Oscar Caetano Júnior, for his unconditional support, to the memory of my mother, Selme Magalhães Caetano and to the Tibetan masters who trusted me with conveying this knowledge.

There is a depth and amplitude in the 21 TIBETAN RITES still not fully understood and which only can be confirmed with personal experience. It is a unique system, based on a philosophy of life, in which our effort, determination, will-power and above all an understanding that our body has basic vital energy responsible for maintenance of health, which lead to transformation and awakening of a new consciousness.
This book is a practical manual, written by someone who has been amongst Tibetan masters and who has obtained first-hand experience and wisdom, bringing a new light to studies on cure and prevention through exercises of the body.
Although this approach may surprise orthodox points of view, its final merit is proven by the efficiency of results in disease and physical ailment prevention, unlocking of energy and mental clarity.
Written in a simple, direct and honest way, the author explains the practice in an easy fashion, step by step, so that it can be immediately adopted by the majority of people. This remarkable book contains rites which provide physical, mental and emotional well-being which are surprisingly easy to follow and include in our day to day. What makes it even more valuable is the fact that the practice of rites and how to perform them are presented with minimal theoretical exposure.
Eneida speaks with the authority of someone, who for over twenty years, has dedicated herself to the study and practice of Tibetan Science
and other related subjects, also pioneering LAM RIM therapy in Brazil. In addition to her capabilities as a teacher and her skills with the rites and medicinal plant baths, her deep knowledge is complemented by her generosity and desire that others benefit from the happiness and health, equilibrium and harmony the rites provide.
It is in the process of attaining self-awareness, we come to confirm once again, that we attract from the Universe that which we believe in, need and deserve. As a yoga instructor for the past ten years, I have seen how we Westerners are eager for the new, how we always want to try new things, as opposed to Oriental peoples who continue to practice the same rites for decades. Therefore, as soon as I heard about LAM RIM, I became interested in the subject as it was specifically that novelty I could offer my students while expanding my knowledge on cure through movement of the body.
During the course on LAM RIM, which lasted twelve months, Eneida would talk about the 21 TIBETAN RITES. The students began to insist she write on the subject as quickly as possible. The general consensus was that this knowledge had to be shared and not forgotten. Such was the enthusiasm that groups of students would alternate on weekends to read the rough drafts, practice and make possible corrections in order to ensure the instructions on how to perform the rites would be easily understood by future readers.
When I was invited to write these lines, given the climate, I immediately accepted, somewhat taken in by my emotions. I was very happy and honored to have been chosen amongst so many special students around me, proud to participate in
