Jamiar Tucker was born in Baltimore, MD. He is the oldest of three siblings. Jamiar attended Baltimore Polytechnic Institute then Morgan State University where he majored in Electrical Engineering. He later attended Johns Hopkins University where he received his MSEE. Jamiar began writing in high school as an outlet from his rigorous academic schedule. He continued his writing while in college and afterwards. Jamiar was 1st published in a collection of poems entitled Twilight Musing in 2002, his contribution was a single poem called “Street Folks”. He began writing seriously in 2003 and has composed over 100 poems. These poems ranged in subject matter from love and life’s turmoil to politics and religion. “Stolen Excepts: Love, Lust & Longing” is his second poetry book release. A 3rd book is already completed and being formatted.

Peace, what’s up y’all. This is a message to the people, if you see or hear goodness from me then that goodness is from The Almighty. You should be thankful to The Almighty for that.
