Danny C. Williams was born in Texarkana, Arkansas, and raised in Texarkana, Texas. He enrolled at East Texas State University in Commerce, Texas, majoring in sociology with the goal of enabling others to attain their personal goals. He and his wife, Vickie, have two beautiful daughters and three grandchildren.
