Many job seekers and job holders are having difficulty obtaining what they desire in their professional lives. While job seekers struggle hard to go through interviews despite having the appropriate academic qualifications and skills, job holders work hard to get promotions to the next positions despite having worked in the same position for a substantial number of years. Both are highly competent and skilled, based on their backgrounds. However, they are experiencing delays in receiving what they require. Employers prefer to see their employees with some crucial personality traits in addition to the requisite qualifications and skills, as per interactions with some employers and the findings of various research.
Employers value personality attributes as much as the qualifications and competence of employees. Many times, companies are not so concerned, even if an employee's qualifications and skills are insufficient. It is not difficult for them to teach or orient employees on the abilities they require if the individual has a diverse set of personality qualities.
With this in mind, around 26 fundamental personality attributes are explained with examples to help both job seekers and job holders. Because all of the attributes are important in one or the other way, it is preferable for both job seekers and job holders to have all of them. If an individual possesses all of these traits, he or she will be considered a fully professional, which employers will regard highly. As a result, the job seekers, as well as job holders with the necessary attributes have an easier time passing through interviews and advancing in their careers.
