    Possible Impregnation

(All characters are 18 and older)

Conner seemed to breeze through high school like it was second nature. Making good grades and getting into all of the honor societies just came natural to him. Struggling with talking to girls and being nervous around them also came natural to him as not having a girlfriend in high school made him think college would be better. He knew it wasn't that he thought himself as bad looking, maybe a little skinny and socially awkward but not ugly. The socially awkward he knew was talking to girls but spending time on his computer didn’t help and he knew it.

His parents had money and even if the scholarships were not there. The money to pay for whatever school he wanted was not a question. Getting all of his acceptance letters back with congratulations was what he liked and yet he knew it meant nothing to him as his circle of friends was small and mostly online. Talking online and anonymously to girls was easy and the nervousness from not being scared was not there, neither was the connection or what they really look like.

College was supposed to be the best time and yet he never left the dorm as the number of pretty girls made it impossible to just have a normal conversation. Conner found himself playing more video games than when he was in high school. It was his third year of college, and he was still not going to parties and having fun like he imagined when he was in high school. Not wanting to embarrass himself, he didn't tell a soul that he was a virgin in his twenties or that his only girlfriend he had once was online. He just stayed in his room writing programs and creating his own video games.

Knowing that he had to get out more, he gave in and joined a couple of school social organizations. The one was nice as it was a fantasy movie club that met once a week to discuss movies. It was fun but the two girls in there were lesbians and hooking up with them was out of the question. The other one was the digital booster club for the college. It promoted the sports programs online presence. The big sport of the college was football and that came easy as he enjoyed watching it with his father.

Programming was an easy thing and being a computer science major made him an invaluable asset to the club. It was a division one school and the football program dominated the school sports scene half the year and basketball the other half of the year. The girls in the club talked to him but even though they were nerdy like him, they were more into staying in their rooms or dressing as characters. Even when they did talk to him, it was barking orders or treating him as just the computer programming guy and never as one of them.

Football was something he enjoyed watching and playing as a kid but standing five foot seven and weighing a hundred and twenty pounds was not exactly good enough to make any football team, anywhere. He still tried to play when he was younger, but athletics was something to be watched and not participated in. Gym class was a struggle and he found it easier cracking the books over throwing a ball of any kind. Even soccer and golf were a stretch and his father grew frustrated at his lack of skill in anything other than just being smart.

He walked on the football field to meet with the boosters to help with the fundraising. His roommate Donnie was also a member and asked for him to setup the computers for the fundraiser to help with the graphics they planned on using. It was a simple thing and it got him out of the dorm room. Donnie was a science major and Conner knew that he struggled in computer programming. Normally it was the other boosters that did the fundraising and took the pictures. He just had to write the programs for the website never having to leave his dorm.

Conner fell into watching the football team with his roommate and his only friend that wasn't an online friend. Donnie loved watching footballwith him but said it was only really fun if gambling was involved. It started out as a favor but soon blew up when the favor worked out too well. Being a computer science major, writing programs was nothing big and the simpler programs that had no graphics was something he learned when he was really young and was child’s play to him now. Donnie was a math major and said he knew how to put in formulas for calculating odds.

It was supposed to be a simple program to calculate the odds of plays, injuries and then determine if the numbers matched that of the professional odds makers. Donnie wanted it more complicated, and Conner figured out what to add into the program and how to get other online betting sites odds and then run it against his to help figure out their formula and improve it. With a few changes and more calculations added, Conner then began running tests and found out that his determinations for odds were better than the professional sites. He also knew that he could calculate who was going to win or if they were going to score enough points to cover the spread or what the odds makers determined how many points would be scored in a game. It wasn't a perfect formula to see who was going to win, but statistically it would make money.

Not wanting to lose money or have his friend lose money, he just told him that he could calculate if the odds were good to bet and not that he could determine who was going to win with a high enough
