About this ebook

Naomi and her friends, Tyra and Jayla are corrections officers dealing with repercussions of a sexual harassment scandal that resulted in a fellow female guard leaving. Naomi is a shift leader and meets with the warden hoping to convince him not to fire her. Naomi knows that if she is fired, her friends will also be fired with her. With no other good paying jobs in the small rural town, she is set on keeping her job. The male guards and the warden’s second in command wanting them fired for taking the side of the woman who was harassed, Naomi feels her world collapsing.

Pleading her case to the warden, she agrees to a deal that will send her and her friends to a new female facility that is opening up. The transfer for Naomi includes a promotion, but the task to get this promotion and transfer for her and her friends comes at a steep price.

Naomi is put in charge of the gang cellblock for the white supremacist gang with Jayla and Tyra. The three now have to handle this cellblock of white gang members for six months in order to be transferred. She soon learns that the other male guards are forcing the gang members to use their hate for blacks in order to sabotage their efforts for the transfer.

Not wanting to lose, Naomi makes a deal with the leader of the cellblock to keep the peace and stop any attacks on her and her friends. The deal comes at a price and soon Naomi finds herself in a sexual bargain with the white gang leader who makes her his person sex toy in exchange for protection. Naomi soon finds the rewards for her deal with both the gang leader and the new promotion she got.

Jayla finds out Naomi is the sex slave for the white gang leader on the cellblock, but also that other deals were made for her to join in. As the other guards are stepping up their efforts to sabotage the three of them, she soon finds out that the prisoners are punished if they don’t participate. Jayla offers herself up so that she can stop the sabotage but finds out she has a romantic connection with the one she was offered up to.
Tyra can see the rewards of her two friends being sexually active with the inmate and their enjoyment of having white men to satisfy them. Delving into her own sexual fetish, she allows herself to be gang-banged by the white inmates not as part of a deal, but to enjoy for her own sexual desire.

Naomi sat in the chair waiting for the warden to come in and tell her what she knew was bad news. The anger stewed in her that she was going to get reprimanded for something she knew wasn’t her fault and was probably blamed on her to make her quit.

It was the second time she had to cover a shift and the other guards on duty would conveniently leave, making her the only one to watch the prisoners. When the fight broke out, she knew it was done at just the right time when she was by herself, making it seem like she was not doing her job. Deep down she knew it was because she supported Ashley when she put in a harassment claim against Rick.

Rick was a senior guy who loved to show off his power and grab the female guards’ ass or make sexual jokes to them. Ashley was on the brunt end as was told to fuck him or she would be fired by him making stuff up about her. Naomi hated this type of shit and heard him demand sex and agreed to be a witness against him. In the end, Ashley was fired and now she knew this meeting was to help push her out the door.

Being a single black mother, she knew this job was the only well-paying one in the area. At thirty-five, she was not going to get a new career going and the medical coverage was desperately needed. Jaylin left her when her son was born and now finding a good man to support her turned into her doing it herself.

She breathed in deeply, knowing that she needed to explain the situation carefully so she wouldn’t get a reprimand or be fired. She sat down and she calmed her nerves and spilled her guts about what was going on. The warden seemed sympathetic, and she knew he suspected that this was a ruse to get revenge.

The warden was an older, fat white guy that didn’t care about being progressive, but she knew he wasn’t a racist and was fair. When she heard him tell her that he could transfer her to the new minimum security female prison, it was like the good luck she prayed for was coming true. He then said it was lead position but it would also involve moving as the prison was three hours away.

Thinking about her friends that would also be affected by her transfer bothered her. Jayla and Tyra were also vulnerable to Rick as he harassed them too. If she left, she knew they would be targets and there might not be an opening left for them months from now when Rick moved in on them.

Sir, you said it is a new facility…are there openings for other positions as well? she asked, hoping that she could get her friends in as well if they wanted to move.

He looked at his computer and a few clicks later he read off a screen. It has a shift leader opening and three other guard openings.

It was worth a shot, and she figured it couldn’t help but ask. Moving all three of them over and getting a promotion too. Sir, I am ready to take on shift leader and Jayla Thompson and Tyra Richards would also probably like to be transferred too. I know they are being targeted too.

Naomi knew her friends had no idea about the new facility or that they would have to move. She knew they hated what they were going through and mentioned before about finding a new job because Rick and his friends were targeting them. Selling it to them would be easy as it was a minimum-security prison and very easy work; it was the move to a new town that she thought they would not go for.

The Warden leaned back in his chair, and she knew she might have stepped over the line as he hated all things to do with race and genders. Make you a deal. For me to even consider a move like that…you must prove to me that you can even handle a supervisor role. Lieutenant Barnes wrote in his report to fire you and now you want me to promote you.

Feeling the pressure in her chest of possibly losing her job, she knew the only way was to break free; maybe prove herself in the process too. Never being allowed to take charge and knowing she could when she did it with permission, it was like the men never let her try and succeed.

Collecting her thoughts, she knew not to lose her temper and that she had to come across clearly and not sound ghetto in the process. Sir…I know I can do the job. Give me an opportunity and you will know that I can handle it. Let me prove it to you.

He smirked and shook his head. Be careful of what you wish for. Jones is out on family leave for six months and I need a shift leader.

Naomi knew who Jones was and he was the shift leader in the gang unit that was kept separate from the general population. Jones was a fair man and she liked him, but also knew he was a literal giant standing over six foot seven and was a former professional body builder. He also handled the white gang and did it with a crew that was friendly with Barnes. She knew that Barnes now wanted her fired too.

Sir…isn’t that the white gang unit? she questioned, maybe thinking he didn’t know that he was putting a black woman into a white supremacy unit.

He picked up a piece of paper and then looked at her with a firm expression of this was it. It’s all I got. You handle that unit for six months and you got your transfer to shift leader at the new facility.

And Jayla Thompson and Tyra Richards come with me too, she added, figuring that if she did this then it would be an escape and reward for all of them.

Deal. You have six months to run the unit. But if I hear that there is a major incident…you are being transferred to transport.

She knew transport was a demotion and the pay for it was a big downgrade too. It felt like it was an all or nothing plan, but something. Deal.

It was a big move to pick up everything and go to another town hours away and start over. At thirty-five she imagined her life was different, but after Derrick left, she knew that it was all on her to be a single mom. The prospect of finding a new man was always slim pickings, but finding one in a small town that was mostly white was almost impossible.

At home, she got changed into some leggings and a simple top letting her mind go back to the last date with a man that could have helped her current situation. She wondered if she should start dating again and paying for a subscription for online dating. She knew her ass got a bit bigger but felt it was still a great ass. Her tits were large enough for any man who liked bigger than a D cup too. Her smooth chocolate skin and straight hair made her think she could catch a good man looking for a hot single mom.

When the girls came, she gave them drinks and some snacks hoping they would go for the plan and get out with her. She knew they were not liked by Rick and would soon be a target too. Sitting across from Tyra and Jayla, she gave them each a glass hoping they would agree about the deal she made. The dinner was over and now was the time to tell her what could happen if they succeeded in running the white gang unit for six months.

I made a deal with the warden. We all get transferred to the minimum-security female prison and I will be the shift leader there too.

Girl…you did it, Tyra said, raising her glass with a big smile.

About fucking time, Jayla added in, smiling and toasting her glass with Tyra’s.

Naomi held up her glass but didn’t toast as she knew this was the time they might be pissed at her for making the deal. There’s a catch. We need to run a unit for six months. If we fail, I will be transferred to transport.

Girl…what the fuck deal did you make? Tyra called out no longer smiling.

Not wanting her to get too pissed, she knew that it was this or she would get fired. They were going to fire me today. I talked the warden into letting me show him that I can be in charge.

Nahh….no way. No fucking way can they fire you. You did nothing fucking wrong. Jayla jumped as her frustration was almost anger.

Looking at her friend, she knew that she was young and didn’t have a kid like her and Tyra. They weren’t going to fire me but make it so impossible to work there that I would have to quit. Barnes is second in charge and wanted me gone. It was this or nothing. I have to run Jones’s unit for six months. If we do this, then we can all transfer.

Tyra stood up looking upset. Hold up! Hold up. We have to run Jones’s area. He is in charge of the white nationalists. Hate to break the news to you, but I don’t think they are going to take three black women serious there.

Naomi leaned back hearing her concern and knowing it was valid as she could feel the fear in her own body that this was going to end badly. I know…but I don’t have another choice. I need this promotion and I need this job too. This is the only way I get a transfer.
