Flannels are more effective than wipes at removing dirt, and they help exfoliate the skin. Buy eight flannels and use one per day.

acids are used to take off the dead skin cells and stimulate the skin. They are usually used at the traditional toner stage, but some brands make exfoliating/acid products that you use at the traditional toner stage.

Step #4 is to spray your face with a hydrating mist or water. Use whatever hydrating flower mist or water you like. Any spray should have glycerin or hyaluronic acid in it, but something like a good-quality rosewater is fine.

The order in which you apply your products is very important. Serums, especially water-based ones, go on first. Then a couple of drops of facial oil, topped off with your moisturiser. If you are using a heavily siliconed serum, skip the oil and go straight to moisturiser.
