You can find meaning in your work, even if it is not a large, earth-shattering kind of meaning. The day-to-day variety is just as good. You’ll know when your passions are engaged because you’ll feel your heart race.

What makes you happy. Most women struggle to answer this simple question. We don’t take the time to think about it, as our lives are too busy and complex. But if you know what makes you happy, you’ve unlocked the door to your potential.

Georgia was torn between following her parents’ dream of becoming a doctor, and pursuing her own dream of becoming a filmmaker. She eventually chose the latter, and has since gone on to have a successful career in both film and consulting.

Georgia, the business analyst, was able to figure out what made her happy. She realized that she
