ATTN:
This book is a non-fiction work of art through the author’s perspective as a digital analysis, which is an examination of things to determine its parts or elements. Then comes up with his own conclusion of the facts, data, research, etc., to work better and effective solutions offering, teaching advice, and problem solving methods to all who would like to take practice in daily detox remedies and effective solutions. Pragmatism.
However, the author is in no way promising you instant detox from the digital space. Nor instant gratification. This book is solely created to help teach you, make you aware, and help you to take effective steps in your life to self-digital detox. Something you have to want for yourself to put in the time, work, effort, self-discipline, and energy towards your detox daily practice. Therefore the author is not liable for your digital detox. Intentions is to offer this book as a tool to teach, problem solve, add value, break habits, and detox. Also get you back to human nature basics, not digital dependent.

Chapter 1: New Era Digital Norms
Welcome to the new millennium with the introduction of the new digital era of consumer electronics. It is called the digital takeover.
This includes new social digital norms, virtual reality, augmented reality, A.I. (artificial intelligence), and a data-driven marketplace. All to the global digital consumers of all ages, genders, creeds, and backgrounds. A future technology digital wave.
A lot of people disconnected from the real world, life, work, family, and responsibilities because of new digital world distractions from what truly matters the most. Consuming too much time indulging in fruitless areas.
It is a new era of instant gratification, convenience, on demand, binge watching, and indulging in next big edevice, causing everyone to be super-sensitive and censored in every aspect. We live in a world of filters without having true filters on self or digital space usage and addictive behavior patterns. Lost in the digital matrix, eyes glued, hypnotized.
We are digitally distracted. The subconscious makes no distinction between the inner and outer. It is time for a thorough process of digital detoxification.
How to recognize habits, patterns, and addictions. How to reverse them with effective solutions and detox daily practices as a new ritual. How to get your kids off YouTube and tablets. How to get off social media and stop scrolling. How to stop using dating apps and top 10 apps you really think you need. How to stop sweating your emails, spending way too much time on emails even if you have work-based. You must limit your time and be careful not to hang out in your emails. Also if you struggle with game apps or porn addictions. Addiction psychologist cannot help with this or prescribe insomnia meds.
