    GREEK STYLE SALMON

    Ingredients


    2 salmon fillets

    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

    2 tablespoons dried basil

    2 tablespoons dried oregano


    Greek Salad

    2 diced cucumbers

    ½ cup cherry tomatoes

    ½ cup onion, chopped

    1/3 cup feta cheese

    2 tablespoons kalamata olives

    1/3 cup vinaigrette


    Remaining Ingredients

    1 cup butter lettuce

    1 avocado

    1 lemon

    2 tablespoons dill


    Directions


    Line an air fryer basket with oil.

    In a bowl, put oil, basil, oregano, and salmon.

    Marinade for 20 minutes.

    Place the salmon in the air fryer basket, place it in the 4th position inside the air fryer and close the door.

    Turn the time dial to 12 minutes.

    Turn the temperature dial to 370 degrees F.

    Next, mix all the Greek salad ingredients together in a bowl.

    On a serving plate, place the lettuce leaves, top it with the Greek salad, avocadoes, and cooked salmon.

    Drizzle lemon juice on top and sprinkle with dill.

    Enjoy!

    AIR FRYER CHILI PRAWNS

    Prep: 10 Minutes | Cooking Time: 10 Minutes | Makes: 2 Servings


    Ingredients


    Shrimps, to taste.

    2 eggs, whisked

    2 teaspoon chopped green chilies

    Teaspoon chopped garlic

    Teaspoon pepper (powder)

    1/4 teaspoon red chili paste

    1 teaspoon cornstarch

    1 teaspoon flour

    2 teaspoons soya sauce

    1/4 teaspoon green chili sauce

    2 teaspoons sugar

    2 teaspoons vinegar

    Oil, as needed

    1 cup breadcrumbs


    Directions


    Preheat the Breville air fryer at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes.

    Line an air fryer tray with parchment paper.

    In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients, except the breadcrumbs.

    Put the breadcrumbs in a separate bowl.

    Coat the shrimps well in the chili mixture, then coat well with the breadcrumbs.

    Arrange the shrimp in the tray and mist with spray oil.

    Place the tray in the 4th position inside the air fryer and close the door.

    Turn function dial to Air Fry mode.

    Turn temperature dial to 400 degrees F.

    Turn time dial to 10 minutes.

    Once done, serve and enjoy!

    FISH CHOWDER

    Prep: 20 Minutes | Cooking Time: 30 Minutes | Makes: 2 Servings


    Ingredients


    2 tablespoons butter

    1 onion, chopped

    ½ cup white wine

    2 cups clam juice

    2 Yukon gold potatoes

    2 celery stalks

    2 pounds skinless codfish, fillets

    1 tablespoon thyme leaves

    1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

    Salt and black pepper, to taste

    2 cups half-and-half (Equal parts whole milk and single cream)

    ½ teaspoon fish sauce


    Directions


    Melt the butter in a pan and add onions, salt and pepper.

    Cook for 5 minutes, then add celery, potatoes, thyme, clam juice, seasoning, and wine.

    Cook for 15 minutes.

    Meanwhile, add the fish fillets to the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees F Super Convection 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

    When cooked, add the fillets to the cooked onion mixture, along with the cream.

    Stir and cook for 2 minutes.

    Serve, and enjoy!

    SWEET CHILI PRAWNS

    Prep: 12 Minutes | Cooking Time: 7 Minutes | Makes: 2 Servings


    Ingredients


    12 Shrimps, large

    2 eggs

    ¼ teaspoon chopped garlic

    ½ teaspoon red chili paste

    ½ teaspoon soy sauce

    ½ teaspoon green chili

    1 teaspoon sugar

    Oil spray

    1 cup breadcrumbs

    4 teaspoons cornstarch

    4 teaspoons flour


    Directions


    Preheat the Breville Air Fryer Oven for 3 minutes at 400 degrees F.

    Take a mixing bowl and add shrimp, garlic, chili paste, soy sauce, green chili sauce, and sugar. Add the breadcrumbs and mix well.

    In a separate bowl, place flour and cornstarch and mix.

    In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs.

    Coat the shrimps first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture.

    Put the shrimp in an air fryer basket, place the basket in the 4th position inside the air fryer and close the door.

    Turn the Select/Confirm dial to Air Fry mode.

    Turn the time dial to 7 minutes.

    Turn temperature dial to 425 degrees F.

    Flip the shrimp halfway through cooking.

    Once the shrimp are cooked, serve and enjoy this crispy treat!

    AIR FRYER CATFISH

    Prep: 12 Minutes | Cooking Time: 10 Minutes | Makes: 2 Servings


    Ingredients


    ½ pound catfish fillets

    1/4 cup cornmeal

    1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

    Cooking spray, for greasing


    Directions


    Grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

    Clean and cut the catfish into small pieces.

    Pat dry the catfish with a kitchen towel.

    Add all the ingredients to a sealed plastic bag and shake them well, coating the fish pieces.

    4 salmon fillets

    4 tablespoons fresh orange juice

    2 teaspoons of maple syrup

    3 tablespoons coconut amino

    2 garlic cloves

    1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce

    Sesame seeds

    Directions


    Take a large bowl and add to it the orange juice, maple syrup, garlic, Sriracha, and coconut amino and mix well.
