Effortless Exercising - Shawn Shepherd
Introduction
The reality that most individuals do not exercise enough is a facet of modern living.
This, along with a high-sugar, high-fat fast-food diet, has resulted in a tidal wave of overweight and obese people in most Western countries, a tidal wave that is becoming increasingly difficult to reverse.
The issue is that it is far too simple and comfortable for most individuals to avoid exercising.
If you simply need basic supplies, such as a carton of milk or a loaf of bread, it is faster and more convenient to get in the car and drive to the store than to walk.
If you need to travel to the third or fourth story of the workplace, taking the elevator rather than the stairs is simpler (but not necessarily faster).
Many people, however, are ready to pay hundreds, or even thousands, of dollars every year to join a gym or a trendy fitness club in order to keep in shape.
That doesn't make a lot of sense, so this book is here to inform you that it doesn't have to be like that!
I'll teach you how to keep your money in your pocket while exercising naturally in a way that you won't even realize.
Mankind managed to exist for thousands of years before the concept of working out at the gym
was ever conceived.
Sure, contemporary man's life expectancy has grown dramatically over the last couple of centuries, but I doubt it has anything to do with the growth of posh fitness clubs and high-priced gyms.
The good news is that exercise can be done everyday in a natural way. With a little thought, it's not difficult to come up with a number of ways to workout without having to spend your hard-earned money on fitness club membership fees.
Let's start with why exercise is so vital in today's world.
Chapter 1: What Are The Benefits Of Exercise?
Taking or participating in exercise is usually a reactionary activity for most individuals.
That is, something must occur in their lives to cause them to reconsider their actions. Something occurs that causes individuals to understand that they need to exercise more as a means of correcting problems in their lives.
Many people, for example, reach a moment in their lives where they finally admit what they have known for a long time: that they are overweight or obese. Perhaps more importantly, individuals make a deliberate decision to do something about their weight after finally accepting that it is an issue. So they go on a weight-loss regimen of some sort, and for the most part, exercise is an integral component of the weight-loss process.
The worst aspect is that if such overweight or obese people had controlled their calorie consumption and regularly exercised earlier, they would never have reached the point
