Every Believer’s Guide to the Supernatural, The Journey Continues, is a continuation of the first book published in 2007. After that powerful encounter with God, Shang continued to walk with God, hear His voice and learn His ways. This is the journey of how the Lord led her to the nations and displayed all His glory and splendor right before her eyes.

In this journey, she shares her experiences of walking with God:

I am thankful to the faithful friends and family member that the Lord sent along my way in this journey. Friends who spurred on, encouraged and walked alongside me, giving me that push to walk on in faith. Especially when it was difficult, when I did not understand what was happening and no longer had the strength to walk on. They saw, recognised the call of God in my life and stood with me through the storms! I thank God for each one of you that God sent to me. I thank you for your love, your prayers, your encouragement and your faith in me, even when I did not have faith in myself. I would not have been able to continue this journey, if not for your presence in my life.

Once again, I especially want to thank my sister, Pei, who walked with me through every storm, and saw all the supernatural provisions of God. In those seasons when I had no faith to walk on and wanted to give up, my sister stood with me and encouraged me. She told me that we must obey God, no matter what the cost. She reminded me time and time again of God’s faithfulness in our lives and all that He has done. She never once doubted that I heard God. She simply believed that if God said so, then we must journey on together and pay the high price of obedience. It was not about profit or what we could gain, it was about God – What was He telling us to do? What would please Him? Even if it defies logic, is contrary to what everyone else says and no one understands, still we must walk on. As long as the Word of the Lord has come and confirmations appear, be it through prophetic acts and signs, dreams, visions or otherwise. God still speaks today to His children, as He did during the biblical times. He is the same yesterday, today and forever (see Heb 13:8 NKJV). In the same way He spoke to them, He will speak to us. We just need to learn to recognise His voice and obey His commandments.

Thank you Mei Shan, for the years of praying together and seeing the words and visions released by the Lord come to pass one by one and the journeys He brought us on. Thank you for challenging my faith and for giving that push to always trust God and believe Him, despite the external challenging physical circumstances. I thank God for your faith and for allowing our paths to cross. I have been so blessed by your walk and journey with the Lord and your unwavering prayer life.

Thank you Lynda Prince, for all your words of love and encouragement. I thank God for that divine journey to Canada that the Lord caused our paths to meet. I so needed to meet you and I didn’t even know. You have been such a Godsend in my life and you brought so much life and healing to me. PREFACE

I never thought this day would come again, more than 10 years after publishing my first book in 2007. I thought that that would be the first and last book that I would ever write. After the arduous journey of writing my first book and the challenges faced, I was reluctant to write another book. Over the past 10 years, I’ve received numerous prophecies of the call of God in my life to write books. They came from different ones across the nations who did not know that I had written a book. Some of these prophecies even included the titles of the books I would write in future. When I received them, I thought they were wild. I am not sure when these books will be birthed, but I trust in God’s divine timing. He will lead, He will guide, He will inspire, and He will download. He is God and I am but a handmaiden of the Lord, doing His will and obeying His call. He who has called me is faithful to complete all the good works He has for me.

After writing my first book, some have, over the years, asked me about the story’s continuation. I prayed and pondered upon it for seasons. In those seasons, I would often see visions of the first book’s title and artwork, but with the words Volume II behind it. Still, I never felt impressed to birth it into being.

In fact, at the end of 2015, when I made a closure of my first book with my publisher, I thought that was it. No more bookwriting from me. Getting the first book published had been an arduous journey and I did not want to go through it again. Neither did I have the faith to write another book. And even as I write this second book, I don’t know how it will get published. I am uncertain of the journey ahead and the costs involved. But I pray that I will have the faith to see the fruition of the labour from start to finish, and see the marvelous hands of the Lord in the process. As He led me in the first book and as it surely is His will to write this second book, I trust that Abba knows best the way forward. For faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not yet seen (see Heb 11:1 KJV). He alone is God and He is faithful, even when I am faithless, He remains faithful (see 2 Tim 2:13 NKJV).

Questions continue to swirl in my head – Who is going to read this book? Why would anyone want to know what happened? How is this journey ever going to help others in their journey? Will this be yet another futile attempt? Is this really God or me thinking that it is God telling me to write? I pray that the Holy Spirit will provide all the answers to these questions in the years to come.

How did this book come about? On that faithful day in November 2016, a friend had invited me to go to a prayer meeting. I was stirred in my spirit to attend. At the end of the prayer meeting, the pastor whom I had never met and did not know that I had written a book started to prophesy over me and the things I am called to do. I was overwhelmed by that prophetic word and the assurance of the Lord regarding what is to come.

Through prophetic utterances, the pastor revealed that I would see the goodness of God because I walk in the supernatural. God would use my story to bring healing and consolation to others. I have a story to tell the nations and I was to share my story by writing a book and recording the events like a scribe, so that lives could be restored.

And I thought, really God? Is it time to write another book? What am I going to write? I do not want to write for the sake of writing. I want to write what you called me to write for the body of Christ that will help them in their journey as they pursue God. As they learn to walk in intimacy with the Father, hear His voice and obey Him even if their minds did not understand. But I did not do anything about it.

The next thing I knew, in the same week, I suddenly received a call from my Singapore book distributor whom I had not heard from nor spoken to for many years. They had moved to a new office location and discovered that they still had my books. They wanted to discuss about my books and hence the phone call after long years of absence. Was this a coincidence? Or was this God trying to get my attention? I get a prophetic word about writing books and my distributor called the very same week. That got my attention. When the Word of the Lord comes, He will always confirm His Word. Every matter is established by the testimony of two or three witnesses (see 2 Cor 13:1 NIV). And I was not surprised when I got a phone call from a long time friend the following week. She wanted to buy my book for her new cell member whom she shared my story with. All these three people – the prophetic word released by the pastor, the distributor, and my friend; all did not know each other. Yet, in the same period they came to me for one reason or another regarding my book. Now, God caught my attention, loud sharp and clear. He speaks in a whisper, in circumstances, in confirmations, in dreams, in visions, in prophetic utterances, but men know it not. We are often too busy to hear Him and His gentle whispers.

As the call of the Lord came about writing yet another book, the question was – what does the Lord want me to write? Is it the journey that continues? Is it the journey to Canada in 2011, when He released the revelations about the second coming of Jesus? Is it the dreams and visions that He has revealed in the past few years? Is it other writings that are on His heart? I know the answer is with the Lord alone and that I must seek Him to know what is on His heart and what He desires of me to write. As I went into a season of praying and seeking the Lord, the Lord revealed that He desires me to share the lessons that I learnt in this journey. The story is mine but the penmanship belongs to the Holy Spirit.

As I prayerfully bring forth this journey that continues from the first book, I pray that in the journey that you are on, you will see snippets of truth that will help you carry on. May this book put faith and hope in your heart about the sovereignty of God. Just as He came through in each of the challenges I faced, may you come face to face with a Saviour who is also there for you. No matter how painful your journey has been and how weary you feel and how tired you are, I pray that my journey will bring that fresh wind of the Holy Spirit that will bring fresh revelation to the path you are on. I urge you brothers and sisters in Christ to not give up, to keep on keeping on. He who promised you is faithful, you can trust Him, even when everything that surrounds you is at a standstill and it seems nothing is working, nothing is moving. There is no sign of life and no hope. Do not trust in the external physical circumstances that you see, things are happening and shifting in the invisible realm. They are more real and will last even when this physical earth passes away. This earth is not our home, this earth is only temporal, it is not eternal. Hold on to the promises of God. God is not man, that he should lie, or a son of man, that he should change his mind. Has he said, and will he not do it? Or has he spoken, and will he not fulfill it (see Numbers 23:19 ESV)?

GENERAL PROPHETIC WORD

TO BODY OF CHRIST

Soon after receiving revelation from the Father that it was indeed His will, His timing, His season to write this second book, I started writing the first chapter on 19 December 2016.

On 21 December 2016, a prophetic message written by Lana Vawser, released via Elijah List on 20 December 2016 popped up on my Facebook page. I knew without a shadow of doubt as this word was released that it was indeed His will, His timing and His purpose for the birthing of this book.

In the writing of this book, it had indeed felt as though the heavens above me were opened and downloads were released from on high. Revelations and ideas begin to flow, especially with regards to the chapters on the lessons learnt. I knew that it was a book similar to the first book, yet different. That I needed to share the Scriptures of what the Lord had taught in those seasons and journeys, but I did not know what it would look like or how to write it. As I wrote, inspiration and understanding were released. I pray that as you read, that you too would learn His ways and walk with Him, seeking Him as the foremost and longing for that intimacy with Him, which He so desires as well.

20 Dec 2016 NEW BOOKS ARE BEING BIRTH NOW!!! By Lana Vawser

Recently I had a vision where I saw the throneroom and Jesus was picking up very LARGE, THICK books. One at a time He opened them and I knew He was opening them over the lives of many of His people.

As He did, I saw these pages were SO ALIVE and almost made of water, as I could see what looked like rivers flowing in the pages.

Suddenly, it was if the underside of the book got a huge hole in it and the rivers of rushing water started pouring out and falling like a mighty rushing waterfall.

I then saw this waterfall crashing upon many in the body of Christ as they sat at their computers. This waterfall flowed into God’s people and flowed out of them mightily. This mighty refreshing revelation flowed out of them as pages upon pages were filled on their computers with words of life, insight and revelation.

The atmosphere was so pregnant with the sense of life giving revelation and keys of breakthrough.

I then heard the Lord say New books are being birthed right now. They will contain great impartation for encounter with Me, revelation, refreshing, direction and bring great shift to the body of Christ and the world. 2017 will have an increased grace and acceleration for publishing.

The winds of acceleration landed upon these ones in the body of Christ and these books were birthed in SUDDENLY’S! Where many thought it would take them a year or years, it took months. His winds of acceleration were breathing upon these manuscripts to see them birthed in SUDDENLY’S!!!

Instantly I saw these manuscripts finished and the cover of each of these manuscripts had a COMPASS on the front.

My specific direction is being released through these manuscripts.

Many of these manuscripts will restore the TRUE NORTH into people’s lives, cities and nations to awaken destiny!!!

NOW is the time for many of you to receive the revelation from His heart in waterfall proportions and see His manuscript through you SUDDENLY grow wings and fly!!!
