I cannot tell of anyone whose life better exemplifies living in God’s vision than my wife, Keiko. My wife and I were both saved at the same time in the same church, and having been friends for some years, we decided to get married by our pastor. Keiko, from that time onward, I have seen your dedication, your commitment, and how you pour extravagantly on the Lord anytime you sense the Lord is asking something of you. About two years ago, when the Lord asked you to go and live in His vision in Cambodia in a village three and half hours from the capital, Phnom Penh (Boskhnor), to serve the poor and needy children and to give to them what you have—Jesus and education—you responded and left your beautiful country of Japan to go and live in a place that has no light, no convenient shops, and people whose culture and ways are very different from the well-mannered Japanese and whose food and language are foreign to you. Because of your love for the Lord, you left a life of affluence to be with the very poorest of the poor. Just as the vision of God Jesus, left all and emptied Himself for humankind, you followed in His footsteps by leaving all behind to go and live in His vision and serve those little ones. Having you as my wife was the perfect thing the Lord did for me, since I cannot imagine how I could have responded to the call to live in God’s vision had it not been for your exemplary life as a woman of faith. I am forever grateful I got to marry you.
And to my son, Michael, saved at a tender age, your love for the Lord was proven when you gave up all to go with Daddy and Mommy to live in His vision. I know you did not understand it all and you still don’t understand, but I can see an eaglet who is being prepared at all points. When the time comes, you will fly with the baton you will receive to continue and soar to heights as the Lord leads you. Keiko and you are both precious, and I love you two dearly.
Foreword
by Ashley C. Estrada
I t gives me great pleasure to be asked to write the foreword to this book written by someone who has a great heart for the children of Cambodia. I remember some years ago while ministering at a church in Japan where Pastor Victor served. There the Lord gave me a word for him, where I saw many children clinging to his arms and he was lifting them up. The prophecy had to do with the vision and burden that the Lord was giving to him as it related to what was upon his heart. When Pastor Victor asked me if I would kindly read the manuscript and be willing to do the foreword, I found it difficult to lay aside my busy schedule to sit and read his book. However, when I finally started reading, I was excited to see how he had authored such an interesting and impactful book. In it he spends much time emphasizing and defining what vision is all about and that the sum total of our life is made up of visions. Many of his experiences, as he became obedient to the Heavenly vision that was given to him from Almighty God, are recorded in this book. This book is an excellent resource and Ashley Estrada Ministries is happy to partner with him, in the vision that he is so passionate about.

A VOICE for the voiceless
Acknowledgments
A s we journey through life, there are those who come along our path to help bring out the best in us, and they deserve to be acknowledged. I would like to sincerely thank Apostle Ashley C. Estrada and Pastor Marcia Estrada for their continued support and friendship to my wife and me and the heart they have for missions. To this day, they still pray and send us financial support, and that is amazing. AEM (Ashley Estrada Ministries), you are truly a VOICE for the voiceless.
I would also like to thank Riverside Chapel English Service Pastor Bubu and Gladys Adodo for the opportunity given to me to teach in leadership where the Lord laid the nations in our hearts and began the mission work in Cambodia. Our crossing of each other’s path is bigger than we could imagine.
And to those who formed the leadership class in those days, your obedience to the Lord and your strong desire to see the gospel reaching the nations is truly an example of how the Lord commands His blessings when He sees unity. Through your obedience and sacrifice, the vision the Lord gave us to go and change a generation for Him and for the nation of Cambodia became a reality and Victory Generation Education Centre Cambodia Missions was born.
And to our friends and partners all over the world, thank you. Together, we are living in His vision.
Finally, all thanks goes to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, for
