THE CHRIST, WHOSE SON IS HE?

Matthew 22:42: What do you think about the Christ? Whose son is he? They said to him: David’s"

The Israelites viewed Jesus as having lived and fraudulently persuaded many to follow him. Most, however, reject him as being their Messiah. The Muslims recognize that Jesus was a prophet but do not believe that he is the Son of God, Christendom believes that he is God. Are any of these scenarios correct or even close to what the Bible says of Jesus?

Galatians 4:4: "But when the full limit of the time arrived, God sent forth his Son

Acts 2:36: Therefore let all the house of Israel know for a certainty that God made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom you killed.

Matthew 14:33: Then those in the boat did obeisance to him, saying: You are really God’s son."

There is a phrase in the Bible that says, I and the Father are one. A doctrine that was adopted in 325 AD, amended in 389 AD, and finally adopted in 431 AD, at the Council of Ephesus which states in the document that the Father and the Son are of the same substance, --not by logic nor Biblical research, but because a group of men said so.

Did you know, however, that Jesus said that there were two of them, the Father, and the Son:

John 8:17, 18: Also, in your own Law it is written, ‘The witness of two men is true.’ I am one that bears witness about myself, and the Father who sent me bears witness about me.

The trinity was a pagan teaching before it was inaccurately incorporated into the Christian doctrine four hundred (400) years after the Messiah. Some say, because of the bizarre rendering, that it is a mystery. For instance how can the Father be his own Son or the Son his own Father. If it is a mystery why try and explain it? Just believe it.

1 Kings 18:21: Then Elijah approached all the people and said: How long will you be limping upon two different opinions? If Jehovah is the true God, go following him; but if Baal is, go following him." ...

The word trinity or same substance and its meaning cannot be found anywhere in the scriptures.

I find myself astonished and wondering why an explanation for such a simple familial relationship between a Father and Son, or the statement the Son of God has to be explained in not a few words and clarified to such an extent, yet still a debate on what exactly it means.

Sometime phrases can be used so often by those who say they are teachers of the Bible that the phrase may be thought to be in the Bible. For example God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit, --Nowhere to be found in the scriptures. This disturbing declaration, so badly twisted, so wrong for so long has captured the hearts of over 75% of those part of Christendom.

So what did Jesus mean when he said, I and the Father are one? (Notice, Jesus never included the Holy Spirit as part of the one God theory).

Rather than explaining it to the readers I will let the scriptures explain and you judge for yourself based on the Bible’s explanation of what Jesus said:

John 10:30: "I and the Father are
