    KNOWING GOD REALLY MATTERS

It is disclosed in the Holy Scriptures there are three divine persons enjoined to assist mankind’s Salvation. I am convinced to know God, and rely upon the specific work of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit really matters. The, ‘let us make man’ in the beginning of the Holy Scriptures, are the divine persons revealed in Scripture as ‘God’ that bears record of their love:

"1 John 5:7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one."

It is also evident by revelation of the Holy Scriptures; the Lord God wants mankind to be well acquainted with their adversary-Satan, the devil. The Holy Scriptures identifies the person, and tricks of the devil. From the Scriptures we can receive knowledge of the identity, the intentions, and the works of the devil.

The Holy Scriptures Illuminates God’s Doctrine:

Because information is given of the devil in the Scriptures, I have learned to be cautious of doctrine from mankind. I have learned not to accept a doctrine any religious leader is sharing, unless the doctrine agrees with the doctrine that was taught and lived by the Lord Christ Jesus.

It has become disappointing to me that many claiming to serve Christ Jesus, hastily accept, and hastily promote doctrine by anyone claiming they are serving God.

As directed by God’s word, I seek confirmation from God’s word before I accept any doctrine. Soul safety is found in hearing, and following the Lord Christ Jesus. By searching the Holy Scriptures; I see the prophesies making Christ known are in agreement with Christ’s life, and doctrine:

"2 John 1:9-10 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:"

"Proverbs 21:5 The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness; but of every one that is hasty only to want."

    God’s Perfect Way Leads:

I see God’s perfect Way to lead man is his Son, Christ the Lord, who as prophesied, lived and taught the doctrine, his Father gave him. When Christ became the Son of man Scripture reveals Christ taught the doctrine his Father gave him.

From Scripture I find Christ lived that by which the soul of mankind, can emerge into Christ’s righteousness. I am encouraged by the words of Christ, to constantly be in pursuit of knowing God.

Scriptures reveal that, which has been provided in Christ, was prepared for us from the foundation of the world. I am relieved to find I can fully trust God’s Son, to reveal the Father, and I can trust the Father, to reveal the Son:

"2 Samuel 22:31-33 As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the Lord is tried: he is a buckler to all them that trust in him. For who is God, save the Lord? and who is a rock, save our God? God is my strength and power: and he maketh my way perfect."

"Luke 10:22 All things are delivered to me of my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him."

Being prepared in heart, mind, and spirit, Christ was ready to display by his life the Way to God’s righteous likeness. Love, and righteousness was displayed in the flesh, by Christ Jesus. Christ in his speaking, and by his actions revealed God’s love, righteousness, and Salvation’s Way.

The following Scripture verses testifying of Christ, tell how Christ finding himself a man, completely submitted himself to the will of his Father. By humbling himself; Christ was prepared to fulfill the will of his Father.

Christ being submitted to the will of his Father, lived as the servant to mankind. Christ as servant to mankind lived the Way of righteousness for mankind to follow:

"Job 23:11-12 My foot hath held his steps, his way have I kept, and not declined. Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips; I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary food."

"Philippians 2:7-8 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross."

"John 1:9 That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world."

    GOOD NEWS FROM THE BEGINNING

I love from the beginning the Lord God discloses the love he has, for all people of all nations. In the inspired prophetic gospel is the message of Christ the Lord being chosen, and sent by the Father.

I rejoice to see the work of Salvation assigned to Christ was first prophesied starting with the book of beginnings. Starting in the book of Genesis, Christ the Lord’s work of Salvation was revealed.

The Holy Scriptures introduce Christ as, ‘the Word’ that was himself God, with God the Father, and God the Holy Spirit. In the Scriptures we see pre-incarnate Christ as the Word who by speaking created all things. Scriptures reveals the things spoken by the Word into creation, are a gift to him, by him, and for him.

The following Scripture verses give knowledge of the Son’s powerful, pre-incarnate, and pre-mankind, existence. From having it defined to me the meaning of the word universe, I see that as a revelation of creation by, ‘the Word’, ‘Universe=One word’:

"Micah 5:2 But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting."

"Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth."

"John 1:1- 4 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men."

"John 8:58 Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am."

"Psalms 33:6,8-9 By the word of the Lord were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of his mouth…Let all the earth fear the Lord: let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him. For he spake, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast."

"Colossians 1:16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:"

    God Demonstrates And Invites Love:

God in his word has repeatedly expressed, and demonstrated his love, and desire for all people to be reconciled to him. From the beginning God has demonstrated his desire, to have all people love him, and one another.

I see the Lord God’s Way of Salvation is accomplished, by letting us know that we are greatly loved. The Father God by his incarnate Son Christ, clarifies to us that our love to him, is identified by our obedience in hearing his Son:

"John 14:21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him."

    Need For New Birth:

The Lord Christ taught new birth is attained by his word, and Holy Spirit, and is a must. Mankind is urged to seek new birth without, which we could have no entrance into God’s righteous kingdom.

I have been led to understand, serving God with respect for his Son, happens by obediently seeking new birth by Christ. I have learned, in Christ, new birth is all about accepting the Father God’s Son, and the Lord Christ’s leading.

By Christ we are led to begin a new life, by the process of new birth. I know the Lord Christ’s daily presence by his word, and Holy Spirit, makes the emergence of new birth possible in my life:

Matthew 6:11 Give us this day our daily bread.

"John 3:5–6 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit."

"Colossians 1:27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:"

    Guidance For New Birth:

Accepting guidance from Christ’s life, we by the power of Christ’s words, and the Holy Spirit’s presence, are given assurance of new birth. New birth in the Lord Christ is to me an expression, of the Lord God’s love wrapped in merciful-kindness. New birth of heart from hearing, and abiding in Christ, also prepares Christ’s people (whosoever hears) for living new life:

"1 Peter 1:22 -23 Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently: Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever."

New Birth Is A Constant Process:

I am moved by knowing although evil has it’s presence in our lives, evil is not allowed to defeat, Christ’s body of believers (which includes whosoever hears). Seeking new birth is to me the same as seeking to fully embrace the Father’s love.

Abiding in Christ, the Father’s gift of love, I find is the main requirement for gaining, and maintaining new birth. From seeking growth in the knowledge of Christ, and his Father; I see the process towards new birth emerging.

By seeking new birth, I find it is beneficial to daily show growth in identifying, trusting, and praising the work of the Lord God, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, In my life:

"Psalms 46:10 Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth."

Psalms 33:1 Rejoice in the Lord, O ye righteous: for praise is comely for the upright.

"Isaiah 43:10 Ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me."

    Obtaining God’s Image And Likeness:

I set my purpose in heart to submit to the Father’s love by submitting to Christ’s commands. Knowing Christ asks me to live by every word of God that is my life’s priority. I believe it is God’s love for me, which has stirred my love for Christ. It is my love for Christ, and his Father that leads me; to keep seeking to know them, and to live by every word of God.

I’ve learned God’s commands can only be accomplished through the promises, which the Lord Christ fulfills. I rejoice in knowing, Christ fulfills his promises.

I can testify the Lord Christ Jesus can be trusted. By accepting Christ the Lord, we are provided divine power that enables new birth. New birth supports loving God, and to love all persons, as God leads us to love.

Scriptures show the Lord God from the beginning planned, for mankind to be as the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. The Lord God has from the beginning, revealed his divine nature is founded in love. God being love, encompasses the whole meaning of love.

Through Christ Jesus, God’s love nature is attainable. All things pertaining to believers being renewed into God’s likeness, I find are all attainable in Christ Jesus, by Christ’s provisions. Calling us to glory and virtue, we are called to be one with Christ, and his Father:

"2 Peter 1:3-4 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:

Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust."

    Treasure Of Jewels:

It is by growth in knowing the Lord God that I became acquainted with, the treasure I am to God. By the revelation of the Lord Christ I know I am treasured. I find by Christ’s provisions for my new birth, I am by Christ a jewel of Christ’s righteousness.

Being a jewel made precious by Christ’s sacrifice; I always have available power for righteousness sake. In Christ the Lord, I know I carry powerful treasure, by the Lord Christ’s provisions, which daily strengthens me to pursue love.

The love I have been led to have for God, and for his Son Christ Jesus, leads me to seek by new birth a life that praises love. Living as Christ, a life that praises, and gives glory to God, makes us one in Christ, and one of his jewels:

"2 Corinthians 4:7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us."

"1 Chronicles 29:11–12 Thine, O Lord, is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the kingdom, O Lord, and thou art exalted as head above all.

Both riches and honour come of thee, and thou reignest over all; and in thine hand is power and might; and in thine hand it is to make great, and to give strength unto all."

"Malachi 3:16-18 Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another: and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon his name.

And they shall be mine, saith the Lord of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him. Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not."

    Power With Strength:

The Way has been made available for mankind, to grow in faith by acquaintance with the Father, and the Lord Christ Jesus. God teaches his purpose is, to fulfill in Christ’s servants his desire. God’s desire remains, for all of his people, to be in his upright image, and to have his righteous likeness.

Christ strengthens his people, to grow with his qualities, by his life saving Way. By acknowledging, and depending upon the gift of his word, and his Holy Spirit we have the strength, which leads the way.

To grow in Christ we identify with the love of Christ, and the meaning, and purpose of the Father’s soul redeeming love. When we by faith enter the Lord Christ’s spiritual kingdom we exist to promote God’s love. According to the leading, and power of Christ’s Spirit we exist to serve others, by promoting Christ’s Salvation.

In Christ, we are led to keep growing, by seeking with diligence to have new birth for new life in Christ. In all the spiritual qualities of strength that were lived by Christ the Lord, by Christ’s leading we have access:

"2 Peter1:5-8 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.

For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ."

"Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me."

    Help For Continual Fulfillment:

To be blessed from the fruitfulness of righteous living, is the Lord God’s revealed desire for all people. Because Salvation is a creative and perfect work, which involves putting on the righteousness of Christ; I need my Creator’s spoken word, and Holy Spirit.

I know as a member of Christ’s body, by the Lord’s will, and my desire, I’m being made new by abiding in my Creator. I know for fulfilling God’s will, by the words, and Spirit of Christ, I have the Way that was planted within me. God as promised gave Salvation in Christ to allow the fulfillment for our soul’s ultimate renewal.

Christ’s creative power by the presence of God’s word, and the Holy Spirit is planted within our souls, for our emerging growth into Christ. As we abide in Christ the Lord’s divine power, we abide in the righteousness Christ in love fulfills in us:

"2 Samuel 22:33 God is my strength and power: and he maketh my way perfect."

    To Reflect Christ:

The Lord God’s most awesome plans are for his Son’s people, to claim the Lord Christ’s kingdom of righteousness. It is by our lives that we, loving God demonstrate, we have heard the Father, and are hearing the Lord Christ Jesus.

It is by claiming the provisions of Christ that we are enabled to abide in Christ. By abiding in Christ, we are enabled to see the Lord’s righteousness fulfilled in us.

Having Christ’s Holy Spirit, whom by the word testifies of Christ, I see Christ’s righteousness emerging to fruition in my life. One thing so true to me, from anyone committed to Christ, there is a life in Christ manifestation that others will hear, and see:

"2 Corinthians 3:3 Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshy tables of the heart."

"Acts 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth."

"John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:"

"Acts 4:13 Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus."

    Christ Our Example:

When we in Christ’s name serve others, we are giving glory to the Father, and to the Lord Christ Jesus. Loving, and serving others is by God prescribed, and was demonstrated by Christ.

I see the Lord Christ Jesus teaching love’s response, when he lovingly healed on the Sabbath days. To me Christ demonstrated how true love responds to the burdens of others.

Christ taught by actions we are to live doing good works for God’s glory. And Christ by his good works demonstrated, how good works praise, and give glory to the Father:

"Matthew 15:30-31 And great multitudes came unto him, having with them those that were lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and many others, and cast them down at Jesus’ feet; and he healed them: Insomuch that the multitude wondered, when they saw the dumb to speak, the maimed to be whole, the lame to walk, and the blind to see: and they glorified the God of Israel."

"Acts 3:7-9 And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God. And all the people saw him walking and praising God:"

As Christ gave complete rest to those who had burdens, Christ demonstrated by doing good deeds how his Father’s love exists. Christ showing compassion on the Sabbath days gave a blessed opportunity for those witnessing to see God’s compassionate work of love.

Observers of Christ healing on the Sabbath day, were allowed to capture the blessings of doing good by showing loving kindness. Christ gave observers of his healing the opportunity, to see the compassion from love the Lord God, always has for all people.

Christ also gave the opportunity for observers to consider how they sadly give more value to something they might profit by, over the care of a person. Christ gave information that allows us to see people are to be valued more than other creatures, and things:

"Matthew 12:10 -13 And, behold, there was a man which had his hand withered. And they asked him, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath days? that they might accuse him. And he said unto them,

What man shall there be among you, that shall have one sheep, and if it fall into a pit on the sabbath day, will he not lay hold on it, and lift it out? How much then is a man better than a sheep?

Wherefore it is lawful to do well on the sabbath days. Then saith he to the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it forth; and it was restored whole, like as the other."

"Matthew 5:45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust."

The following Scripture verses capture the example of how Christ taught by his deeds of compassion, the heart of love. Christ focused his believers on growing into the righteous likeness of his Father. By Christ’s compassion, I see the people of Christ are also called to purposely love, and help one another:

"John 13:14 If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another’s feet."

"1 John 5:2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments."

"1 Corinthians 12:25 That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another."

Lack Of Compassion leads To Evil Bullying:

When anyone’s words do not identify with the Lord God’s compassion, evil actions shall result. I know, I will see behaviors derived from the father of lies, when I hear anyone speaking words lacking compassion.

Whenever I am around anyone devoted to themselves, or to a leader other than the Lord God, I know evil speaking can be expected. I know if there is no relationship with God there will be accusations of some type against the Way, reflecting Christ’s righteousness.

If the love, and Way of Christ is not respected, I know evil speaking, and actions shall ensue. As I consider the religious leaders of Christ’s day I see the display of subtle bullying. Christ faced bullying in arrogant-threats, with intentions for Christ to yield to mankind’s control.

The Scriptures throughout the Bible reveal bullying against a righteous person, also came by those claiming to be religious leaders. Loving and caring for another person remains what our Father God, and the Lord Christ bids us to follow.

Performing good deeds is tied to following Christ Jesus, by expressing our Heavenly Father’s love. Expressing the Father’s love by our good works, gives glory to the Father, and the Lord Christ.

    Helping One Another:

We help one another, by keeping one another blessed by prayer, and with God directed encouragement. I find knowing by God’s definitions of love that, I am helping others is what refreshes, and blesses my soul.

Keeping my focus on abiding in the Lord Christ, and knowing his will gives me immediate help. In responding to, and achieving God’s will for me to love others. I know by obedience to Christ, I give glory to the Father. When I give glory to Christ, I know I love myself.

My peace and rest is centered on knowing, I can trust Christ’s promises. I trust Christ’s promises, and Christ’s divine ability, to fulfill in me that, which He requires of me. The Lord Christ, whom only has to speak the word, invites us with love, to go to him with all our burdens, and with all our labors.

We go to the Lord God in Christ’s name for his immediate help. We do well to always go to Christ, especially when we are burdened with his desire. Christ’s desire is for us in his love, to give comfort, and strength to all people he loves:

"Matthew 11:28-30 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

"Psalms 109:26 Help me, O Lord my God: O save me according to thy mercy:"

"Isaiah 41:10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness."

"Psalms 121:2 My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth."

"Galatians 6:1-2 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness…Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ."

    My Creator My Kinsman Redeemer:

From Scripture, I see the one who is the beginning of all things, became my Kinsman Redeemer. Christ gave more than his life on the cross for us. We have Salvation by the life Christ lived that was accepted
