    INTRODUCTION

    This book is about the son of God Jesus Christ who God sent to this earth to die for our sins. This book might be controversial to some, but I believe that it’ll wake up those that have blinded eyes to the truth of God’s word on who Jesus really is. Because there are so many denominations and independent churches with so many different varieties of beliefs and doctrines. I believe it’s time for the body of Christ to come together as the word of God says, and that is to come in one mind in one accord. It is my intentions for this book to help those that want to know the truth, to be enlightened by the facts of the word of God and not somebody’s independent opinion. This book is to be a help to those who might be new babes in Christ that haven’t been indoctrinated into a certain belief by using one or two Scriptures of the word of God. This book is based on facts concerning the word of God from the Old Testament to the New Testament from cover to cover. And it is my belief that what the Lord has given me concerning his Son according to the word of God, after you get done reading this book I believe with all my heart you will know who Jesus really is for it is based on Matt, 16 = 15 = 18. But whom say ye that I am???

    CHAPTER 1

    {Jesus the Son of God}

    As we first begin this chapter, we must go back to what Jesus said; as in Matt, 16 = 15 = 18. {He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?16. And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the son of the living God.17. And Jesus answered and said in a him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-jona: for flesh and blood have not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.18. And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.} This has been one of the most overlooked revelations that God has given to man. Even now many in the church world today when you asked them what is the foundation of the body of Christ, or what is the foundation of the church. They will say it’s love or its Jesus or some will say, I will tell you what I believe it is; but many will just say I don’t know. But yet that should alarm every born-again believer when people claim to be children of God and don’t know what the foundation of the body of Christ is. We know the answer in Matthew chapter 16, verses 15, through 18, what Peter said was a profound statement of the revelation that God gave to him when Jesus was standing right in front of him. Jesus did not rebuke him Jesus didn’t get upset with him in any way but what Jesus did say to him let’s us all know that Jesus Christ is the son of God. So now we must go back to the very beginning so we can see, that Jesus is who he says he is according to the word of God; because in this book all I’m going to do is use the word of God as the Holy Spirit leads me to do as it says in II Tim, 2 = 15: {Study to show thyself approved unto the God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.} So rightly dividing the word of truth means that we have got to take the word of God from cover to cover old and new alike to understand that Jesus is the son of God. So now let’s start with:

    Point 1, Being with the Father, so as in, Genesis, 1 = 26: {And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.} When God was creating the earth and all that in there is, except for man, he did not say let us, but what it does say, and God said, and God made and God set and God created. But when it comes to creating man or you could say a human being, God looks over you could say, to the one who sits at his right hand which is Jesus Christ our Lord of Lord and King of Kings; and says let us make man in our image, after our likeness. That is a very profound statement in the word of God, because God was not talking to his Angels or to himself he was directly talking to his Son. But now let’s look at what it says as in, Genesis, 3 = 22: {And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live forever.} Here again God said behold, the man is become as one of us: God is not talking to himself or about just himself but he’s talking about him and his Son. Because if we go back to Genesis chapter 1 verses 26, He said LET US make man in our image after our likeness. So we have more than one profound statement that God has made concerning the word us, that word us meaning God, the creator of the heavens and the earth and all that in their is; and his Son Jesus Christ. We can look at it in another way as a father having children and we say let us go fishing today, let us go to church today, or let us study the word together. This phrase is the same when it comes to God and his Son, he carries on a conversation with Jesus. He don’t ignore him but he pays attention to him, just as they are one in relationship with one another; as we are to be one with another in relationship in the body of Christ, just as you would to your children. But many today try to put God in a bottle and say God can’t do this and God can’t do that but let me tell you something according to the word of God: God can do what ever he wants to, but he will not and cannot sin, nor can he be tempted with evil. Now for those of you reading this book right now are probably saying to yourselves this man of God does not believe in the Trinity yes I do. I believe in the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit the Godhead bodily, as the word of God says, so let’s just get that out of the way right now and get back to what the word of God says about Jesus the Son of God. Now I’m not going to be able to put every Scripture in the Bible concerning Jesus as the Son of God in this chapter or in this book but what I will do is put what the Holy Spirit lays on my heart concerning the word of God in this book, and nothing more or less. So now that we got that out of the way lets get back to the Sonship of Jesus Christ. So we know that Jesus was with the Father before the world was created, and that Jesus Christ is the only begotten son of God, as it says in, ST’Jn, 3 = 16. And being made so much better than the Angels, as it says in, Hebrews, 1 = 1 = 14: and in verse 5, and verse 6, of Hebrews, it says, {For unto which of the Angels said he had any time, Thou art my son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son?} Along with verse 13, of Hebrews it says, {But to which of the Angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool?} This again proves without a shadow of a doubt that God made his Son Jesus Christ to be his Son. And then another profound statement in Hebrews verse 13, when God said but to which of the Angels said he at any time sit on my right hand until I make thine enemies thy footstool. So as we go to Hebrews, 2 = 1 = 18: we find out that in verse 6, and 7, it says,{But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him?7. Or the Son of Man, that thou visitest him? Thou madest him a little lower than the angels: thou crownedst him with glory and honor, and didtst set him over the works of thy hands.} Now two profound statements are made in chapter 1, of Hebrews versus 13, and in Hebrews chapter 2, verses seven. These statements are not a contradiction of who Jesus is, but they are a statement of fact that God created or made his Son Jesus Christ; because God knew a four-time before the world was ever created that he would send his Son to be a sacrifice for all mankind, so that we would have a chance for eternal life through Christ because of what it says as in, ST’JN, 3 = 16.{For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believe in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.} Now I know there’s a lot of people in the churches today that think they are smarter than the devil or demons and I give no glory to the devil or the demons but yet as in, Mk, 5 = 7 = 9: {And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of the most high God? I endure thee by God, that thou torment me not.8. For he said into him, Come out of the man, thou unclean spirit.9. And he asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying, My name is Legion: for we are many.} Now I know the devil is the father of all lies, but here where this man had a legion of demons in him; we see him fall down and worship at Jesus’s feet which is in verse 6, of Mark chapter 5, but yet the demons know exactly who Jesus is. But for those in this world that do teach and preach that Jesus is God himself, they are missing out and deceiving themselves because the demons have been around a lot longer than man, and they are not mistakened, and they have no confusion that Jesus is the Son of God. They also have no delusions about his power to torment them, and yet today we see very little of Christian people casting out demons as it once was. But that does not mean that all the demons are gone; because it seems like some are sitting right in the pews and unfortunately we’ve seen some behind pulpits committing abominations before God. It’s a shame when people in churches today really don’t know who Jesus is, how are we as the church supposed to win souls to God through his Son by the convicting and anointing power of the Holy Spirit through the very word of God. Let alone cast the demons out of them if we don’t know who Jesus is, because we could wind up like the seven sons of a priest who got beat up strip down naked and ran out just because they said we endure you by Jesus whom Paul preaches and the demon said to them Jesus I know, Paul I know, but who are ye? Like It Says as in, Acts, 19 = 13 = 17. I would hope that people that live for God understand that Jesus never went demon hunting or even hunted for the devil they came to him. We can see where the devil came to Jesus after he fasted for 40 days and 40 nights and he hungered, then he came to tempt Jesus, as in, Matt, 4 = 1 = 4. {Then was Jesus lead up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.2. And when he had fasted 40 days and 40 nights, he was after word an hungered.3. And when the tempter came to him, he said, If, thou be the son of God, command that these stones be made bread.4. But Jesus answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.} Now we’ve got to understand that Jesus was no longer in heaven but he came to this earth and born of a virgin named Mary grew up, was baptized of John, and started his ministry, was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, he fasted and prayed for 40 days, and 40 nights, then the tempter came which was the devil: and here again the devil said to him another profound statement if thou be the son of God make the stones into bread, because Jesus was hungry for he was now in flesh and blood. So he had pains and aches, hunger pains he felt cold he sweated he wept, but he did not sin, he did not fall into temptation because he is the Son of God. Now we know in Scripture that God cannot be tempted with evil as in, James, 1 = 13. {Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, Neither tempteth he any man.} But Scripture says that Jesus was tempted in all points as we are. But yet when the devil came to tempt Jesus at his weakest point, he was not persuaded to make stones into bread nor did he fall into temptation when the devil took him to the pinnacle of the Temple, nor did he fall down and worship the devil, because Jesus said in verse 10 then said Jesus to him, get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. This is absolute Sonship of Jesus Christ showing us today, how to ward off the devil, by using the word of God that is supposed to be written upon our hearts, and yet many unfortunately will not listen to the word of God, and so they either backslide or fall away and some never come back. But always remember God is married to the backslider, and he will send the Holy Spirit to convict you of your sins, and give you a chance to come back. Now before we go to point two, we’ve got to use Martha, as in,ST’ JN, 11 = 21 = 27. {Then said Martha unto Jesus, Lord, if thou hadst been here, my brother had not died.22. But I know, that even now, whatsoever thou wilt ask of God, God will give it thee.23. Jesus said into her, Thy brother shall rise again.24. Martha said unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day.25. Jesus said into her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live.26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?27. She saith unto him, yea, Lord: I believe that thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God, which should come into the world.} So we know that what Peter had said is a profound revelation of God that Jesus Christ is the son of God, but so did Martha, which is a confirmation. We also know that Martha said whatever Jesus asked of God the Father in verse 22, she knew that God would answer the prayers of his Son this is profound in itself, and yet Jesus says to us today as he said to them back then if you ask anything in my name let me back this up with Scripture as in,ST’Jn, 16 = 23.{And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.} So what Martha said in chapter 11, verse 22, of St. John it is confirmed by Jesus in St. John chapter 16, verse 23, proving that we are to pray to the Father in the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and he, God, will give what you ask according to his will. Like I said from in the beginning I cannot use every Scripture that’s in the word of God about Jesus and his Sonship so I must go on the point two.

    Point 2. Being sent of the Father, So let us recap just a moment, that God was talking to Jesus in Genesis chapter 1, verse 26, and talking about God not himself and Jesus in Genesis chapter 3, verse 22. So now we have the virgin birth where Mary is impregnated by the Holy Spirit and she conceives a son which had no earthly father, but her son was named Jesus and his Father is God, because St. John 3 = 16, backs this up. And now according to Scripture’s Jesus said as in,ST’Jn, 11 = 42.{And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me.} Jesus wanted everyone there at the gravesite of Lazarus to believe that God sent him, and we also see him praying as in,ST’Jn, 11 = 41.{Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. }Why would Jesus need to pray to himself, if he was God, but what Jesus was showing us here was how we should have faith in God through Jesus Christ in praying to our heavenly Father. And yet he shows us a prime example, that being the Son of God, he himself still had to pray to the Father, just as we do today, and that is the example that he is showing us that many people in the church don’t realize as in, Matt, 7 = 7 = 8. {Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.8. For everyone that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.} This is what Jesus is trying to teach us today by example since he himself has to pray to the Father, we too are no better than Jesus; and so must we pray to the Father through his Son Jesus Christ the righteous. Now concerning Jesus being sent of God, in the book of St. John, there is at least 43 times that Jesus states that he was sent of God, and in the other Gospels only about four times is it referred to that God sent his Son. So we will stay in the book of St. John and look at the evidence at hand that God sent his Son Jesus Christ the righteous, as in, ST’Jn, 8 = 15 = 18. {Ye judge after the flesh; I judge no man.16. And yet if I judge, my judgment is true: for I am not alone, but I and the Father that sent me.17. It is also written in your law, that the testimony of two men is true.18. I am one that bear witness of myself, and the Father that sent me beareth witness of me.} In the Scriptures in St. John, we can see where Jesus in verse 13, was being accused by the Pharisees of bearing record of himself and his record was not true. But if you really get into what Jesus says in verse 16, he has a profound statement and that statement is I am not alone; but I and the Father that sent me. Then Jesus says that in their law, that the testimony of two men is true. Jesus was bearing witness of himself but yet his Father also bared witness of him that this is my Son in whom I am well pleased as in, Matt, 3 = 17.{And low a voice from heaven, saying, this is my beloved Son in whom I am well please.} So we see that God the Father bared witness of his Son when he was baptized by John the Baptist. We know that God is not man that he should lie as in, Titus, 1 = 2. {In hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began.} God’s never been man, but his Son is at least half man because he had no earthly father, but his Father is God; this means that his witness cannot be disputed not back then nor today. So either you believe the word of God, or either you believe man, but the witness of Christ of himself and from his Father makes it true according
