About this ebook

This book introduces people to a new way of governing. A way that establishes world wide unity, The major focus in this book shows the many ways humans have been governing themselves, using the three major religions today: Judaism, Islam, and Christianity. Most agree on a Democracy, a choice of the people. A Democracy (so they say) recognizes the people's choice of ruler ship, so no matter how religiously inclined the candidate may be, the ultimate choice rests with the majority of the people and the way they elect to be governed. Theocracy is "God's rule", an established system with laws dictating what will benefit all the people without hypocrisy, without prejudice. The result will be a peaceful government without divisions world wide."

    Chapter I

    IN THE BEGINNING

(Genesis 1:1: In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.)

When God created the heavens and the earth, He also created human beings, Adam and Eve, to take care of the earth and multiply on the earth to continue the pattern like the paradise or garden constructed, and designed by God, in Eden.

Because of the rebellion in Eden, sin was introduced on this planet called earth, and eventually a global flood which, initiated by God, destroyed all of mankind, except Noah his wife, his sons Japheth, his wife, Ham, his wife and Shem and his wife.

Sin is a crime against the Laws of God. Since God's laws are perfect, only perfect individuals can be without sin. The punishment for sin is death. So, because of the imperfection passed on to the heirs of Adam and Eve, all come under judgement resulting in the condemnation of death, thus, for Adam, there is no ransom.

1 Corinthians 15:22: For just as in Adam all are dying, so also in the Christ all will be made alive.

Numbers 35:32: And you must not take a ransom for one who is deserving to die, for without fail he should be put to death.

The situation before the flood was so bad that God determined to wipe ‘man’ off the surface of the ground. So intrinsic was the badness of mankind, so deep-rooted, that every thought and every emotion was geared toward doing what was bad all the time.

Genesis 6:5: Consequently Jehovah saw that the badness of man was abundant in the earth and every inclination of the thoughts of his heart was only bad all the time. And Jehovah felt regrets that he had made men in the earth, and he felt hurt at his heart. So, Jehovah said: I am going to wipe men whom I have created off the surface of the ground, from man to domestic animal, to moving animal and to flying creature of the heavens, because I do regret that I have made them.

Genesis 6:12, 13: So, God saw the earth and look! It was ruined, because all flesh had ruined its way on the earth. After that God said to Noah: The end of all flesh has come before me because the earth is full of violence as a result of them; and here I am bringing them to ruin together with the earth.

Noah’s relatives including sisters, brothers, cousins, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and close friends of Noah were among those that perished in the flood. Noah’s father, Lamech, and possibly his mother died before the flood.

Genesis 5:31: So, all the days of Lamech amounted to seven hundred and seventy-seven years and he died."

There was a different spirit found in Noah amongst his generation. Noah recognized the badness in mankind and the stubbornness and senseless opposition to Jehovah’s standards. Noah was a preacher of righteousness trying to convince people to turn around from their bad ways and even warning them of the coming destruction. No one listened except Noah’s immediate family, his wife; his sons and their wives.

Noah appeared to be talking nonsense to them. No rain had fallen in the past that would cause concern or even a thought of possible calamity, everything was going on as usual. No need to worry, --no reason for panic.

Genesis 6:8: "But Noah found favor in the eyes of Jehovah. This is the history of Noah. Noah was a righteous man. He proved himself faultless among his contemporaries. Noah walked with the true God."

Noah built the ark with the dimensions given him by Jehovah God. Noah followed the instructions and did not feel he should change or negotiate the instructions given him by Jehovah God.

Genesis 6:22: "And Noah proceeded to do according to all that Jehovah had commanded him. He did just so."

The dimensions of the ark were very specific, the type of wood, the materials for sealing the ark, the levels, compartments were all included in the instructions from Jehovah in the building of the ark. It took approximately 50 years to build the ark, yet Noah continued to completion.

Genesis 6:14-16: "Make for yourself an ark out of wood of a resinous tree. You will make compartments in the ark, and you must cover it inside and outside with tar. And this is how you will make it: three hundred cubits the length of the ark, fifty cubits its width, and thirty cubits its height. You will make a tsohar (an opening for illumination) for the ark, and you will complete it to the extent of a cubit upward, and the entrance of the ark you will put in its side; you will make it with a lower, a second and a third story."

Noah was told to bring two of each kind of creatures into the ark, male and female. This would ensure that after the waters subsided, the animal kingdom would survive. Would it be necessary to bring in the extremely large or violent animals into the ark? No. The healthy offspring or cubs or babies would suffice in order to develop and grow to maturity to procreate.

Genesis 6:19, 20: "And of every living creature of every sort of flesh, two of each, you will bring into the ark to preserve them alive with you. Male and female they will be. Of the flying creatures according to their kinds and of the domestic animals according to their kinds, of all moving animals of the ground according to their kinds, two of each will go in there to you to preserve them alive."

Noah was told to bring in enough food for them and the animals. This journey would last for a year and preparation was extremely important since they were to bring in ‘every’ sort of seed for growing food that is consumed. Every day of this fifty (50) year preparation was necessary. And the focus of not only Noah, but his immediate family in assisting in this endeavor meant not only relying completely on Jehovah but making this the priority in his and his family’s life. The notion that something else in their life was more important or maybe even more urgent, does not even seem plausible in their case.

Genesis 6:21, 22: And as for you, take for yourself every sort of food that is eaten; and you must gather it to yourself, and it must serve as food for you and for them And Noah proceeded to do according to all that God had commanded him. He did just so.

After the flood, Noah, his wife and his sons’ and their wives were only eight (8) living souls, remaining on earth that witnessed the total destruction of such a magnitude that it wiped everything that breathed off the face of the earth. The only eyewitnesses of that generation to see the power and strength of their God Jehovah, the only living testament of a generation that had gone wild, deteriorated to the point of not being able to distinguish between what was right and what was wrong.

2 Peter 2:5: ...and he did not hold back from punishing an ancient world, but kept Noah, a preacher of righteousness, safe with seven others when he brought a deluge upon a world of ungodly people...

Genesis 7:19,20: And the waters overwhelmed the earth so greatly that all the tall mountains that were under the whole heavens came to be covered... Up to fifteen cubits the waters overwhelmed them, and the mountains became covered.

Genesis 7:21-23: So all flesh that was moving upon the earth expired, among the flying creatures and among the domestic animals and among the wild beasts and among all the swarms that were swarming upon the earth, and all mankind. Thus he wiped out every existing thing that was on the surface of the ground, from man to beast, to moving animal and to flying creature of the heavens, and they were wiped off the earth; and only Noah and those who were with him in the ark kept on surviving.

The earth’s population, today, originated from Noah’s sons, Ham, Japheth and Shem. The intermixing of cousins was, at that time, not of a real consequence, there were no genetic deformities no illnesses as a result of joining close relations. The air was clean, the water was fresh, the food was consumable; the bodies were nearer to perfection than today; and the repopulation of the earth was the main concern.

Genesis 9:18, 19: "And Noah’s sons who came out of the ark were Shem and Ham and Japheth. Later Ham was the father of Canaan. These three were Noah’s sons, and from these was all the earth’s population spread abroad."

According to the Bible the ark rested on Mount Ararat after the waters subsided. The location is in the Northeast region of the area today known as Turkey. The Bible focuses two more times in the area of Asia Minor;--Turkey. The book of Acts shows how the Apostle Paul traveled and preached extensively in the area of Turkey, establishing congregations in that area and sending letters to the different districts in Turkey. Then the book of Revelation reveals that messages to seven congregations were sent and specific instructions given to these seven congregations in Turkey.

Noah’s first act was to build a monument and an altar to Jehovah God and offer up a sacrifice. The ark was more than likely disassembled for burning wood, and shelter for a period of time. After leaving the ark the instructions to Noah were to be fruitful and become many. The animals and green vegetation were to serve as food; the only two restrictions were eating blood and the shedding of man’s blood.

Genesis 8:20: "And Noah began to build an altar to Jehovah and to take some of all the clean beasts and of all the clean flying creatures and to offer burnt offerings upon the altar.

Genesis 9:1-7: "And God went on to bless Noah and his sons and to say to them: Be fruitful and become many and fill the earth. And a fear of you and a terror of you will continue upon every living creature of the earth and upon every flying creature of the heavens upon everything that goes moving on the ground, and upon all the fishes of the sea. Into your hand they are now given. Every moving animal that is alive may serve as food for you. As in the case of green vegetation, I do give it all to you. Only flesh with its soul,--its blood--you must not eat. And, besides that, your blood of your souls shall I ask back. From the hand of every living creature shall I ask it back; and from the hand of man, from the hand of each one who is his brother, shall I ask back the soul of man. "Anyone shedding
