Michelle Lake

Michelle Lake was born on the beautiful island of Jamaica, where she spent the earlier years of her childhood finding enjoyment in moonlight nights by the ocean and the balmy afternoons sitting and dining on the shores with meals of freshly caught snapper fish, lobsters, and festival (a native delight). Her career in writing started when she was only twelve years old, winning her first national literary contest writing about a day in the life of a tooth. Since then, she has written numerous essays, articles, and will continue to examine life and its bevy of feelings exemplified by its inhabitants called human beings. It is her wish that each time you engage your eyes with her work, you will be transported to another world of beauty through her eyes as well as resonating with the description. Namaste

100 Ways To Love Your Boyfriend - Michelle Lake

100 Ways To Love Your Boyfriend

    By Michelle Lake

"What a wonderful refreshing little book full of fun reminders of what it is to fall in love, be in love, and keep the love!

    ––––––––

Sure, many of the ways given here are maybe old cliches or may very well be known, but it is always good to be reminded!

    ––––––––

The way Michelle delivers these are light-hearted, direct, and refreshing. At first, I giggled at the title...what would I glean out of this little book? What is in it that I don’t already know?....well maybe I and you know most of what is given here...but, and that is a big BUT... admittedly many of these were long forgotten in the old cobwebbed drawers of my mind.

    ––––––––

Thank you Michelle for bringing out these old ways back to the fresh air, there are several in here that I will for sure put to practice with my beau!

As a life coach and spiritual guide, I dish out much advice, this little book has some very beautiful gems that I feel can be incorporated in this guidance and I look forward to reading more from you."

Plato, the famous 4th century BCE Greek philosopher said, The greater part of instruction is being reminded of things you already know."

    ––––––––

Michelle has compiled a list of 100 tasty morsels of wisdom that we more often need to be reminded of than instructed. Her compact pungent writing style makes this list readily accessible and highly instructive, whether on the first or hundredth read.

    ––––––––

As a man reading this, I was repeatedly reminded of my need to follow them even though it was intended for my wife. I highly recommend reading this, as it strengthens the foundation on which a long-term relationship is built."

"It was a great pleasure reading the tips shared by Michelle. They seem so common sense yet we often take things for granted and do not realize how important they are.

    ––––––––

It is nice to have all of them in this wonderful handbook where we can refer to now and then to keep ourselves reminded."

Thinking of you keeps me awake. Dreaming of you keeps me asleep. Being with you keeps me alive. ~ Anonymous

When I say I love you more, I don’t mean I love you more than you love me. I mean I love you more than the bad days ahead of us, I love you more than any fight we will ever have. I love you more than the distance between us, I love you more than any obstacle that could try and come between us. I love you the most.

    Introduction

    ––––––––

I love you not only for what you are, but for what I am when I am with you. I love you not only for what you have made of yourself, but for what you are making of me. I love you for the part of me that you bring out.

    ~ Elizabeth Barrett Browning

    ––––––––

I love the poetry of dear Elizabeth, it shows the deep emotions that she was going through as she told her love story. If you
