Expressing herself through negative emotions helped her to find true self-acceptance and peace. This chapbook is the physical manifestation of her commitment to being herself, even when that means navigating ugly emotions or being unpalatable to others. She hopes that Seethed creates a space that encourages others to embrace themselves completely, even when it hurts.
