Whether you've just found me, or you've been with me from the beginning, this book is for YOU. I wrote this book exclusively to inspire and empower you to live your happiest life!
Happiness can get hidden under the mountains of expectations and demands on your life: family, friends, work, finances, health. The list is never-ending. I applaud you for showing up in life, doing the best you can, despite all that may be working against you. The constant juggling of work, home life, relationships with family and friends, mixed with the added responsibilities like parenting children and helping senior parents can take its toll on your life, and your happiness.
On top of everything you’re doing for others, you also need to take care of yourself in all areas as well. From your physical, mental and emotional needs to your environmental, social and spiritual needs, you must be nurtured and cared for, too. It’s easy to become so focused on everything you have to do in life that you allow what you truly want to get lost along the way. Especially happiness.
