    Dedication

This book is dedicated to my son Rick. Granddaughters and family who have lost much this year, but have stuck together trusted God and held on through the waiting.

In life you never know what your going to go through, but one thing I know grief will one day come a knocking. When death comes to visit someone you love" and it will, know matter how prepared you feel you are, you are never ready . Grief can hit so hard that it knocks the very life out of you. Death has no picks, it doesn’t care who you are, rich, poor black or white, young or old when death comes a knocking you better believe grief is right behind him. Grief can so intangle your heart that some don’t make it out. It can cast such a shadow of loneliness and despair, that nudges little by little at your sanity, everything you thought you were, you thought you could handle is shattered right before your eyes. Confusion can set in to a point that reality seems to slip away.

We must deal with the finality of death in order to be restored and move on with life. It is my true belief we can not go through it alone we need the father. I must honestly say if it had not been for my faith in God, his walking beside me, I wouldn’t of made it out or
