    hat does health mean to you? Is it the absence of pain, not being seriously ill, being at your ideal weight, looking good, able to get to sleep, not being depressed? Or is it feeling unbelievably energized, happy and thrilled to be alive?

    Most people approach health on the purely physical level: the way they look, the foods they eat and the foods they avoid, how much water they drink, how much exercise they get . . . you get the idea. But that is a very limited approach to experiencing vibrant health. You also have to take into consideration the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of your health. You are a total mind-body-emotional system – each one affecting the other.

    What we now know is that everything is energy that is vibrating, and the higher the vibration (within a certain range), the better we feel. A positive thought can raise our overall vibration and create the experience of happiness; whereas a negative thought can lower our vibration and take us into a downward spiral leading to anxiety, depression and ultimately illness.

    We also know that your body is healthy when it is vibrating at around 62 to 68 megahertz (MHz). When it drops below that, the body is less able to fight off bacteria, viruses and fungal infections. And here is something most people don’t know: a negative thought can lower your vibration by 12MHz in just 10 seconds, putting you at risk for disease. A positive thought can raise your vibration by 10 MHz within 20 seconds. We also find that the application of certain herbs, essential oils and flower essences can raise your vibration by as many as 100MHz. Lavender, an herb and essential oil that almost everybody knows about, vibrates at 188 MHz.

    All this is simply to say that the thoughts we think, which create the feelings that we feel, have a strong influence on our health and our happiness, and ultimately on the fulfillment of our potential. The foods we eat (organic or non-organic, cooked or raw, alkaline or acidic) and the liquids we drink (spring water and filtered water vs. chemically polluted water; vegetable and fruit juices vs. alcohol and sugar drinks) also affect our vibration and our health.

    What most of us are now learning, even though ancient and indigenous cultures have known for millennia, is that plants and their essences can be used in hundreds if not thousands of ways to raise our vibration, strengthen our immune systems, and restore order and balance to all of our internal systems, both physical and emotional, as well as help awaken and deepen our spiritual awareness

    I was fortunate that in my twenties I became friends with someone who owned a health food store in Amherst, Massachusetts, while I was a doctoral student at the University of Massachusetts. So early on I was introduced to the importance of herbal supplements and natural sources of vitamins and minerals. And for seventeen years I was a vegetarian. After those seventeen years, I did add fish and some meat back into my diet.

    However, in 2019 I went back to a totally plant-based diet. This has allowed me to obtain a new mental clarity, as well as experience some major transformations in my body—including better cholesterol levels, lower blood pressure, the loss of 23 pounds, and an overall feeling of increased clarity and energy. But I didn’t stop there. I spent a month in India at an Ayurvedic clinic, where I engaged in daily regimen of herbal remedies for removing many years of toxic buildup from my body and also rebuilding my body and strengthening my immune system, which has allowed me to feel even more rejuvenated.

    I also participated in another aspect of plant medicine— a transformational ayahuasca ceremony in Costa Rica, in which the shaman leading the experience referred to drinking the ayahuasca as drinking pure nature. I was truly amazed at how much psychological and spiritual healing power could come from ingesting the essence of a plant.

    For many years now herbal remedies have saved me and my family from a reliance on traditional pharmaceuticals, many of which only treat the symptoms of a disease, and don’t deal with addressing the root causes. During the last few years I have learned about and integrated even more plant-based medicines in the form of flower essences and essential oils, and I am happy that this book can now help you do the same. I invite you to use this book to help you see for yourself how much integrating these life-changing substances into your life can make a huge difference in your health and your happiness.

    have important information to share with you so that you understand the purpose of this book and the impact it can have on your life and your loved ones when it comes to truly relieving your anxiety once and for all.

    Throughout this book I will refer to using flower remedies as plant extracts, plant medicine and flower remedies).

    First, I do not claim to cure anything. I am not a doctor and you don't need to be in order to feel the effects of this amazing healing modality. I am an alternative health practitioner who specializes in using powerful plant medicine to help you reverse your specific symptoms of anxiety. But know that first I experienced the healing of my anxiety, then I became a Practitioner, so feel confident knowing that you will be able to relieve your anxiety as well. And you never know, you may want to become a practitioner as well and I will teach you!

    I recommend and share a very specific course of action, a system using flower remedies to help relieve your anxiety. This is a four step process I have perfected over ten (10) years of research and working with clients, family, myself. There is also an action guide included for you to use. You can use flower remedies for anyone in your family whether adult or child, behavior challenges, on the spectrum, anyone that struggles with anxiety.

    My goal is to educate and hopefully inspire you by sharing the knowledge I have accumulated in over the ten years of research and experience working with children and adults struggling with anxiety, and having totally relieved my own. Know that you can control (and enhance) your family’s mental health and happiness - powerfully, safely, and effectively. That is the goal and purpose of this book. What I share is a powerful healing modality system that is not to be underestimated. It is not well known in America and it is my goal to get this dynamic healing modality out there.

    It is well known and used throughout Europe and other parts of the world and I want you to become accustomed to using it as well to stay in a balanced and happy state of mind.
