CHAPTER 1. WHAT IS EXPONENTIAL WEALTH

EXPONENTIAL

To answer this paramount question of this book, I need to deal with each component deeply and clearly so that every reader fully understands this key term. First, there are basically three type of growth, as discussed below in details with examples:-

To grow our wealth based on our desired growth, we need to determine which type of growth we actually want, be it simple; compound or exponential growth. How can we ensure we are going to place our resources in the right place, time and approach to attain the type of growth we want? Therefore, these mathematical concepts will have great impact on our money and wealth as well.

Your business outcomes will increase by the same percentage each year calculated from a base year in Simple Growth. Your total sales will increase at the certain percent of the initial results. To have 5% simple growth rate on the base of 1 million dollar sales. You will then obtain the increment of 50,000 dollars sales per annum.

Compound growth calculates the gains based on the added results from the prior period. Comparatively, its outcomes will be much higher than the simple growth except first year. Base on the similar scenario above, the first year, you will obtain the same 50,000 dollar sales per annum and much higher at the subsequent year due to its compounding effect at the accumulative effect. The amount will be bigger over time.

Exponential growth, on the other hands, usually begin at a much slower rate compared to the first two as it is required to build a solid, sound and structured system/ foundation that can truly support its much greater compound growth after certain period of time. With this exponential growth, it will grow in every aspect that give rise to very large results compared to the starting point and percentage rate of growth.
