They have a very strong army of well-trained supplier quality management professionals who had successfully manage supplier manufacturing process to deliver a defect-free product to produce end consumer product.  

In today world there is no one entity able to transform raw material from nature to end product. Several entities are required to turn raw material into the end item for the consumer market. Entities form a supply chain where product transformation activity. Company success heavily relies on the material it received from the supplier. Imagine you have customers who are ready to buy your product however there is no supply of material to transform the product into sales.
