      feed your mind, heart, body, and soul.

      There is no real definition of success,

      create the life you want to live.

      God is real,

      love is real,

      and faith is being certain of what we can’t see.

      Don’t get caught up being anything less

      than what you were meant to be.

      Follow your dreams.

      Love grows wherever you plant the seeds,

      keep watering your garden,

      fertilizing your flowers,

      and more life will come with ease.

      If you can, whenever you can, as often as you

      can, for as long as you can, get into nature.

      A forest, a beach, a park, a garden, soil,

      water, fresh air, or just being in the presence

      of any single miracle will help you.

      Live intentionally, with a purpose.

      Give back what you can, more will be given.
