He discovered his talent in 2007, when he was given fifteen minutes for a presentation in the church House of Virtue in Kwa-Thema, Springs, South Africa, to talk about the power of positive thoughts. He is involved in community and youth development projects.
Setjhaba has an extensive experience in his field, and he is a gifted speaker who is able to connect with audience and use humor to address issues that are affecting people on a daily basis. He is currently working with municipalities and state and corporate businesses.

He attained his qualification in industrial engineering from Nelson Mandela University, South Africa. He also completed his studies in the University of Applied Sciences, Ingolstadt, Germany.
