Temper Tiger Visits Mr Wiggles

Mr Wiggles has an unwelcome visitor named Temper Tiger, who visits his thoughts and tricks him into lashing out in unhelpful ways ! Mr Wiggles slams doors and yells at those closest to him, until he decides to take some quiet time to reflect on the thoughts that lead to his behaviour. As he tries to understand his own angry thoughts in the form of Temper Tiger, Mr Wiggles learns that his thoughts are actually trying to help him, but he is going about it all wrong! Mr Wiggles decides to become the boss of his own thoughts by trying some calming strategies instead of allowing Temper Tiger to boss him around. That is when things change!
