    CHAPTER 1

    COINCIDENCES ARE AN EXCUSE TO

    HIDE OR FEAR THE UNKNOWN

    The key secrets of success, money, love, happiness could not be easier, yet we do not all study this, it is simple.

    When you are born you only have a subconscious mind, do you remember your 1st 2nd birthday? No of course not as you have not yet developed the mind of learning, memory and feelings.

    There has been a lot of reports that babies and children can see spirits or have that special friend which sends that dreaded look on parents faces.

    However, children have no trauma, not much fear and have an open subconscious mind so yes, they will see things we cannot see.

    I remember my son was 5 weeks old and he used to twist his head around the room, following something around the room, coincidence?

    What about bad luck comes in three? Coincidence?

    What about karma?

    What about white feathers?

    What about people that say I WILL BE THIS? Few years you check them out, that is exactly what they are??

    Your mind is so powerful, we seek so much medical advice, medication, therapies to relieve symptoms of emotions, anxiety etc. But why do we do that?

    We are creatures of habit, we hate new things, we only do what we are told, what is classed as factual, your beliefs only reach 30% you store this, you live your life like a human robot.

    We are robots, that is the exciting thing, if you say move your arm, does it? Or move your leg, or speak, it does it, cool hey?

    So, if that is possible, what isn’t possible?

    NOTHING

    You can be, have anything in your life. Now you are thinking BS already because that is how you have taught your brain to disbelieve anything that’s new, or not facts or what you have been taught.

    Here is my story: When I reached 21, I met an awful abusive man, it ended after 5 years due to domestic violence. You are thinking why did you stay 5 years? when you are a victim of domestic abuse and violence, it starts with emotional abuse and control, they make you feel worthless, that you will never have anyone else because you believe every word of the abuse, you then become afraid to leave because you fear something so much worse will happen to you by him because the justice system does not give justice on domestic violence victims unless its attempted murder but most cases should be.

    The trauma and effects this had on my life were terrible, depression creeped in and I was miss diagnosed for years, therapy, medications, nothing worked, I became a shell of a person.

    I then had another trauma, I was then diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder, although nice to have a diagnoses, the thought of me having this illness for the rest of my life controlled with medication was a feeling of horror.

    My life was so dark, from the moment I woke up to the moment I went to sleep.

    It was a sad place to be in, the pain was unbearable. I could see how people just gave up, hiding away in doors with no motivation, wasting that valuable time, that I would never get back.

    So, what did I do? I always knew I was a clairvoyant, but it frightened me so I didn’t use it, being such a sceptic also I made excuses for it all the time, I attracted such negative things and thoughts with everything I did.

    I decided to study reiki healing, I did this until I was a master, I then studied manifestation, and all came noticeably clear to me how obvious and simple It is, and why my life was such a sorrow.

    So that was it, I did mediation and healing and that night I said tomorrow morning I will wake up and I will no longer feel like this, all I will allow is joy.

    I woke up and that was the first time in 10 years I had ever felt that way.

    I did this for 6 days, by day 6 I was a crazy, happy lady completely free of all symptoms of ptsd.

    The joy I feel, the energy I feel is always positive, I have a complete blank mind, I wiped the slate clean of all my past. 10 years of medication, therapy and this simple little thing worked in 24 hours woah it was incredible.

    This is how it works.

    WE teach our brain, we hold onto bad things, trauma etc which then causes us to have blockages. we won’t change things; we will stick to what we believe is all we know. That then becomes our identity, who we are, well so we think.

    These indents you have put into your brain then becomes your fears.

    You have now successfully created your reality of sadness.

    Most people search for relationships to correct this, to get that feeling of joy as everyone believe love, and relationships are the only thing that will make us happy. WRONG

    We are in a depressive state, we open social media whilst tears are dropping into the glass of wine on the hunt for that happiness you so desperately need.

    You get that relationship, the excitement that joy, suddenly, you are a spring chicken bopping round the kitchen smiling and all sudden that depression starts to slip away.

    Some time passes by, this relationship is no longer fun or exciting, you may realise that actually this is not the person you want or need in your life, the sadness comes creeping back in. your mind says oh I remember this and gives you all them emotions back and they come flooding in more powerful than last time. Always remember when choosing who to have in your life if they are right for YOU and you are not doing it for all the wrong reasons.

    This is what I call the vicious cycle of life!

    You must remove old emotions else they will always carry with you and keep creeping up throughout the years.

    Holding onto old emotions also makes you poorly.

    Blockages, blocked chakras cause all sorts of diseases, especially those ones that are long term and can only be managed with medication, which is only relieving the symptoms not the source of where it came from in the first place, either a vitamin deficiency or your mind.

    When people are in that state of mind, they lose their self-worth. Why? Because all that self-pity is what your telling your mind to do so that is exactly what it does.

    You tell your brain to move your arm, your arm moves, get it yet?

    There is no one on this earth more intellectual than another, it is the simple fact you told yourself you cannot do it, so you could not. if you tell Alexa to do something, what does she do?

    Anyone that from a young age said I am going to have that or a thing, do they have it now? Absolutely, you do not make the most of this powerful tool.

    Some people make me chuckle, KARMA is the proof. Get this, KARMA ISNT REAL. What is real about karma is you did good and you now know or believe that good will come to you, does it? Yes why? Because that is what you told your brain.

    You just have a think of someone successful, a businessman, how would you describe him? I bet its arrogant. That is why he is successful because he has always believed he is powerful and above all. He wakes up every day with new ideas because the universe is giving them to him because he believes in himself.

    There may be someone you know who is god awful and you sit having a coffee with Sandra from next door saying "omg that girl is so selfish, so awful, will stamp on everyone to get what she wants and she’s a money magnet, a god damn arsehole version of Cinderella. Annoying huh?? She also has it right; she believes her brain is trained with nothing but success. Yes, she might try practicing being a better person but hay you are the only one that matters in this reality.

    Because we are such creatures of habit, we will only stick to what we know because that way we know what is coming. Bad move guys.

    So, let us talk money.

    IF you say to yourself oh my god, I am not going to be able to pay these bills next month, guess what? You will not because that is what your telling the universe and telling your brain to not except new ideas.

    New ideas are not coincidences. Let us see it like this.

    BAD LUCK ahhh it comes in 3s oh yes it does, why is that?

    You asked for it, you told your mind that is what you wanted because of the fear of it.

    So you go to work you lose your job, you drive home and your car breaks down, you get home and your house is on fire, you say to yourself sweet Jesus I must have been doing some bad things in my previous life! You do not know if to laugh or cry. But why do these terrible things happen. Two reasons, you asked for it and secondly you have been asking for a way out, a new life but you haven’t been listening, you haven’t taken the signs, they chuck it so bad in your faced so you are forced to listen, forced to make change, you wanted change, that’s what you asked for, so now you can build your new life because that’s what you want. And do you come out shining, oh yes you do! Your life never turns upside for very long till an opportunity comes to save the day. Coincidence.

    Try it, tonight when you go to bed, just before you sleep close your eyes, imagine a life you want, wait for a random idea to come into your head that week and do it, do not doubt, just do it.

    The same if you have depression, use a meditation technique, tell your mind these feelings no longer serve you, imagine getting those thoughts in your fingers and chucking them away.

    They are not real, they are your own beliefs, chuck
