Joseph Ifechukwude Chiadika is a Nigerian of Igbo ethnicity. He is a graduate of Mass Communication and has several other books to his credit. He learned to cook from his grandmothers who were excellent Nigerian Chefs. He has attended several seminars and conferences on healthy living and Nigerian foods.

W hat shall it profit one to gain the whole world and starve his body of good food? Emphatically, NOTHING! Good food is good health, good life and the best elixir of longevity.

Nigerians are aware of the aforementioned and that explains why we enjoy varieties of good food that keeps us closer to the kitchen.
