    W hat shall it profit one to gain the whole world and starve his body of good food? Emphatically, NOTHING! Good food is good health, good life and the best elixir of longevity.

    Nigerians are aware of the aforementioned and that explains why we enjoy varieties of good food that keeps us closer to the kitchen. Nigerian wives are aware that the way to a man’s heart is the quality of food he eats and thus, they do all they can to keep the kitchen department filled with the aroma of good food every day.
