This book is a special thanks to some of the members of my church which has been a great inspiration to a lot of my writings. Sister Carla Boone/Hines, a mother, teacher and a friend, with her never ending organizations, positions, good deeds, and thoughtfulness reached out to me when I was slowing down and gave me inspirations.

Brother Billie Broughton, Not only a brother in Christ, but like a brother in blood. He greets me and everyone when we get to church every Sunday morning. He is a husband,father and grandfather. He greets, cooks, serve, build, and help correct many mistakes that are mad by many helpers around the church.

Sister Mary E. Coonce/Patterson. Who recently passed on was a wonderful,friend, Wife, Mother, Choir director, singer and council woman. Before passing on Sister Mary moved to Florida.

Then there is Diamond Brand one of the most beautiful, young, God fearing ladies of this day and time and I am so happy to say that she is my niece, /love you DIAMOND

Have been writing every since I was a child. I have always loved poetry. My mother Mrs. Ethel Collins Green taught us poetry from a very young age. Writing was one of the ways that I could keep up with what was happening and be correct about it, sort of like keeping a dairy. I Was born and raised in Florida, there I married and had three beautiful children, Of which I am very proud. Because of an untimely death I relocated to New Jersey, and this has been my residence ever since. In New Jersey I joined St. Paul A.M.E. Church in the early sixties and have tried to be a loyal servant of God ever since. During that time I have written several book of which I am very proud, and many of them were inspired by the members of my church.

When I think of Carla,I think of a loving, Caring woman, a Christian woman, like the women at the grave sight of Jesus Christ our Lord and savior. Carla like the women of the Bible that believed what Jesus said,when told his Disciples, that he would be killed by unbelieving, uncaring evil people. That his body would be buried, but three days later he would arise with all power in his hand.

Carla just like those women got a message from Jesus Christ our Lord. Jesus gave them a message to take back to his disciples and the world. And my friend Carla got a message from the Lord and whenever she is called upon to deliver a message,she is always ready, willing and able. And no matter what the circumstances she makes herself available, and believe me, she delivers a wonderful message.

Carla in our church is a missionary,a steward, usher,and choir member, she has a lovely voice that you could listen to all day long. She is very well known she represents us at all of the conferences, no matter how near or far away they maybe

Carla is a dedicated wonderful school teacher. She loves her job,and all of the children she teaches. She also makes herself available to students whether or not they are her students. If they have problems with other student,or at home she makes herself as available as a teacher is allowed to.

Carla is a wonderful woman,Christian, Mother, and family person. If you are ever in need, you, your organization, or friends Carla Boone/Hines Is the person you need to know.

Dreaming is God talking to you

Are you listening and doing as he instructs you to

You can live as good and godly, as you want

If you do what God tells you to do?

If you should go to bed hungry

And dream that a feast is prepared for you

Don’t get up and start eating junk

Be still wait for what’s being prepared for you

If you dream you are living in wealth

Don’t go crazy borrowing money from friends

Doing God’s will is a life time job

Be patient, God will work it out in the end

You never dreamed of being a drunk

A drug abuser, liar or a thief

Still you find yourself doing the wrong things

Knowing that it will only bring you grief

There might have been time when you awakened

Out of breath and in a sweat

Running from some authority

For doing something that you will live to regret

Or you might have dreamed of being in danger

And no matter what, you couldn’t pass the cup

But before the worst possible thing happened

God woke you up

It’s a shame we can’t wait for or, listen to God

Until we are flat on our backs, or in a comer

It won’t hurt us to do without for a while

And from time to time be a loner

We often wonder why others prosper

When it seems that we are doing the best we can

Because we are not waking, living our dreams

Instead we are envying the other man

Stop worrying about what, God is doing for others

Say your prayers go to sleep, dream get up and do

And see the unbelievable works in your life

That in your dream, God showed, he will do for you
