OPRAH. THESE ARE a few short stories for you to have. I know that you love to read. I love to write, so, this is my way of saying thank you for your past twenty plus years of service on the air. You have been such an inspiration. Such a role model. Such an example to us all. You have given much hope to so many of us in the entire world in so many different ways. You have helped us realize the sky is the limit. You have motivated us all to keep shooting higher and that unheard of dreams really can be achieved no matter how big they may be. Thank you Oprah for helping to give us the courage to shoot for the stars. May God continue to bless you in all of your future endeavors.

MY PRAYER

I AM WHO I am because it’s who God blessed me to be. Through my trials and struggles I’ve learned more of me. What I should and shouldn’t do. The right and wrongs in life. The dos and don’ts to avoid unnecessary strife. Now that that part is done, I can move on to be the greatest part of me. The part that God has created through my past and the hard times He bestowed upon me. The part that will allow those experiences I’ve had to be put aside. The part that is now ready to become openly exposed to the good things God has in store for me. The part that will allow me to let go of the old and become the marvelous person that I am. The part that will become a man or a woman depending on the gender I’m born
