Introduction
Have you ever not wanted to go to sleep in fear that you would have a nightmare? Have you ever not wanted to wake up in the morning? Have you ever sat in the parking lot of your workplace and cried your eyes out? Have you ever pretended to be happy while you were dying on the inside? Well, I have too!
