Maryam Saligheh is an accredited exercise physiologist who immigrated to Australia at the age of twentythree. She holds two masters degrees and is currently a PhD candidate in her final year of study at the University of Sydney, with a research focus on depression and anxiety. The author of several publications in peer reviewed journals and international conferences and a book, The Power of Divine Love during Pregnancy, she currently lives in Sydney.

PREFACE

My day starts with the sparkle of miracles; I look up at a sky full of stars, and I perceive the harmony of the planets that are illumined by the shine of sunlight and the twinkle of moonlight. I contemplate the miraculous emergence of the sunrise and the fluffy clouds of heaven. I take a shower with the abundant resources of heaven. I gaze at the picture of trees and relax into the smell of flora. As I look into the mirror of God, I witness the harmonious balance between me and the sky. I listen to the melody of heaven knows the precious me, and I witness the miraculous unfolding of the day. I adore the well-being of my soul and my physical apparatus, which together carry me on the journey of abundance and prosperity every day. The phenomenon of life expands as I commence my day believing in me as a miracle of creation. I am the miracle of the moments flowing effortlessly; I am the miracle of creation intending to expand the light of the divine and God’s kingdom on earth.

I am evolving in each breath to the fullness of me, where I become one with the infinite you, which is my spiritual truth. In fact, the evolution of my soul magnifies the purpose of creation, which is joy. It prompts me to live through the power of the infinite you, which is a glimpse of God’s Spirit within. As I live through the infinite you, I become one with the infinite intelligence and the realm of higher consciousness, where I am the full recipient of well-being that is the natural state of my soul. Therefore, the evolution of my soul is the celebration of well-being in the atmosphere of abundance on the planet Earth and can only be attained by living my spiritual truth. As I reunite with my spiritual truth, the essence of serenity enhances my being—enabling me to flow effortlessly with the mysterious stream of life. By being serene, I can observe the blessed me in the stillness of the sacred moments, and I can perceive the gem of precious me within, which will transform the split seconds of imagined darkness to moments of darkness before dawn.

By knowing the truth of me that dwells within, I now realize I am an absolute perfection dancing amongst the stars of courage, dignity, freedom, and well-being. I am an incredible miracle welcoming and attracting other marvels to celebrate the journey of well-being with me on the path of eternity. I am an adorable being that inspires the depth of the universe to focus, to attend, and to celebrate my emergence on the planet Earth. Through this, I abide by the terms of life on this planet, which are joy, peace, happiness, light, and love in the phenomenal stream of well-being flowing throughout the universe. The terms of life match the real shine of my soul; joy boosts my true desires. Happiness brightens the power of miracles; the flame of love celebrates my perfection. Peace magnifies my eternal power, and light enriches my imagination. As a result, the harmonious me can play with its beautiful soul to compose the everlasting melody of conscious living.

I jumped from heaven with the parachute of divine freedom to join the earth playground so I can celebrate endless fun with other souls while living an eternal life. I am here to play a game beyond my wildest dreams, to delight my soul by manifesting its ultimate aspirations. From the moment of entry, I captured the beam of the divine light that was flashing at the gateway: Welcome to the Galaxy of Abundance. I walked through while observing the expansion of the light beam within that was accompanying my being every moment of this unknown journey. The expanded light highlighted the innocent me, the worthy me, and showed me God’s infinite creativity that lies within. All of this enabled me to walk on the land of abundance while mixing the bright colour of miracles to capture the essence of my spiritual truth. The essence of my spiritual truth frames the authentic me and nourishes the blossoms of its evolution. As I reunited with my spiritual truth and became one with the beam of light, the authentic me witnessed entering the limitless galaxy of the divine, where I became less attentive in observing the universe in action. Instead, the entire universe testified to me in perfection and harmony. I became the free me, focusing on the joy of creation and the freedom of my soul while dissolving the imaginary sufferings of my mind in the depth of the divine light. As a result, I experienced the freedom of me in the light of God, and I surrendered to his infinite presence that mirrors the miraculous me in each breath.

As I surrendered, the light of God calmed my soul’s craving for the manifestation of its dreams, and a whisperer revealed the truth that lies at the heart of this eternal path. The revealed truth depicted the purpose of my creation, my joy, and how I have emerged here to cuddle my being with the warmth of the divine love so I may reunite with my spiritual truth to conquer the cold zone of delusion. Therefore, I stood next to my soul on the stage of love while the orchestra of heaven cherished all my given senses that would allow me to perceive the magical melody of life. As a result, I became a spectator of life’s sceneries in the space of prosperity, in the moments of abundance, and in the body of my spiritual truth. The depth of this observation ignited the flames of oneness with God within, where I became the silent note of life creating the melody of ecstasy in the limitless galaxies. Through this, I ascended with God and got drunk in the atmosphere of the divine, where I experienced a glimpse of heaven on earth, witnessing the manifestation of my wildest dreams. I took the tablets of ecstasy in the party of creation, and I fell in love with the presence of my soul and its harmony with the gracious universe. Thus, I began the journey of me as I conquered my spiritual truth and allowed the gentle calmness of the divine to hug my being. The evolution of my soul enabled the stream of well-being to drift through me, strengthen my wings of comfort, and uplift my presence in the dimension of the Beyond, where the enlightened me experiences the astounding moments of life in the galaxy of abundance.

This book asked to be born to help you end the sufferings of the thinking mind so you may perceive the hidden truth within—and to end your quest for truth via Edging God Out (ego)’s eyes. It depicts the sweet taste of reunion with your spiritual truth, through which you can breathe the hidden particles of joy that would satisfy your being’s craving for the unknown. Here, I have endeavoured to provide insight that will help you to release the bitter taste of resentment, which you may have been burdening yourself with due to your connection to the dead road of the past or worrying about the unfolded highway of the future. Or, you may have been experiencing lower energies and feel uncomfortable facing their elusive presence. These energies may include fear of rejection, fear of failure, fear of disease, or fear of the future. Whichever applies, I can reassure you that, by reading this heavenly content, the essence of peace will become your dominant emotion, and the practice of being serene will become the mantra of your moments.

As part of my professional background, I have been involved in researching depression and anxiety in women and, specifically, during pregnancy and postpartum. My expertise led me to pen my first book The Power of Divine Love During Pregnancy; however, as I evolved on my path, I had a strong urge to listen to the calling to give birth to the book you are holding now. Indeed, this book depicts part of my spiritual growth; through which I reunited with the truth. Therefore, to give a brief appreciation to the universe that is surrounded by eternity, I decided to follow my inner signals and script heaven’s idea on these pages. Deep in my heart, I hope you gain the clarity that can guide you to a life filled with the essence of serenity and the atmosphere of eternal joy.

My professional experience was a milestone to conquer my soul’s true desire; in fact, it created this spiritual quest, which my soul found fulfilling. Therefore, I decided to let go of my attachment to the academic work and prospective research. I am now centred in being of service to everyone who crosses my path, whether through my books, teachings, or in a face-to-face context. Throughout this book, I share my deep feelings as a result of my soul’s evolution, and, while writing, there were several moments when I felt myself flying in eternity and realized God was sitting next to me. With all my heart, I hope you enjoy every page of this book, which is filled with the essence of the Holy Spirit that connects us to the sky of heaven, where the stream of well-being cherishes all the beings of planet Earth.

INTRODUCTION

There is joy in every moment of life when you hear only the melody of divine love. Every moment of life is filled with the song of God is always present in the silence of each breath. Indeed, God’s love touches your pure inner being, and his liveliness shines all day long. You, in truth, are the light of heaven pouring into this infinite universe to enrich the expansion of divine love. You are the light of heaven brightened with peace and richness of pure joy, transforming the delusion of darkness to the cheerful light of God while flowing with the journey of life. In fact, life is an opportunity to evolve and to enjoy the sweet taste of eternal joy, which is the purpose of creation. Eternal joy enriches the melodiousness of life and magnifies the power of love, both of which are what your soul craves!

What we call life is part of the infinite galaxy and has emerged from, well-being, the single stream of the universe. By living through your spiritual truth, you surrender to this never-ending stream and you become what is referred to as being abundance in every aspect of the physical life. However, by resisting this flow and living through the ego’s instructions, you become only a partial recipient of this stream, which means you may experience joy and contentment in one area of life while feeling aggrieved in other areas. When you become the full recipient of the stream of well-being, you will be aligned with your inner being’s knowing, harmony, and love, which reunite you with your spiritual truth. When you are not aligned with this stream and your spiritual truth, then the ego dominants your physical experience. How does ego do this?
