During our years of living I Danyell and Jarrod Crittenden has faithfully mastered a life of not being perfect but striving for perfection. We try to teach others how to grow into mature followers of our Lord Jesus Christ. We’re sure you’ll be inspired by our book I’m Not Perfect But I’m Striving for Perfection
and is wondering how you can further make it apart of your life. God’s word has giving you hundreds of promises to help you become everything that he designed you to be. Know who you are in Christ Jesus.
Sin
1 Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.
The bible teaches us that God loves all people. But people are separated from God and his love. God is on one side and all people are on the other side. Why are people separated from God and his love? Isaiah 59:2 But your inequities have separated between you and God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.
Sin separates people from God. Sin is selfishness. Romans 3:23 All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Separation leads only to death and certain judgement. But there is a solution which is our lord and savior Jesus Christ.
The only way to God is through Jesus Christ, who died on the cross for our sins. Its like an bridge with an gap and to fill that gap the cross is placed in between man and God. But only those who personally receive Jesus Christ into their lives, and trust him to forgive their sins can cross the bridge. Revelation 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open, I will come in to him, and will sup with, and he with me. Everyone must decide individually
