Bible Promises for Teens - BH Publishing Group

    Eternity

Each day really does come with its share of decisions—some big, some small, some with very little riding on them, some with the potential to change the rest of your life.

But every decision you face does have one thing in common: the opportunity for you to either handle it your own way or to let God do the deciding for you and through you.

That's where the Bible comes in, because it covers so much ground and speaks to so many life issues. Let it speak to you today. Every day.

    A Better

    Choice

What Makes God's Way the Best Way?

Whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable—if there is any moral excellence and if there is any praise—dwell on these things.

    Philippians 4:8

When all has been heard, the conclusion of the matter is this: fear God and obey His commandments, because this is all there is to being human.

    Ecclesiastes 12:13

Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everything for God's glory.

    1 Corinthians 10:31

You must follow the LORD your God and fear Him. You must keep His commands and listen to His voice; you must serve Him and remain faithful to Him.

    Deuteronomy 13:4

You are not your own, for you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body.

    1 Corinthians 6:19-20

Take delight in the LORD, and He will give you your heart's desires.

    Psalm 37:4

We could pretend that we're not in a war zone every day. But we'd be wrong.

The devil is constantly making sure that we have a hard time choosing right. So don't go into today without expecting a fight…and a way to win.

No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to humanity. God is faithful and He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation He will also provide a way of escape, so that you are able to bear it.

    1 Corinthians 10:13

Therefore, submit to God. But resist the Devil, and he will flee from you.

    James 4:7

Don't give the Devil an opportunity.

    Ephesians 4:27

He knows he has a short time.

    Revelation 12:12

Let us walk with decency, as in the daylight: not in carousing and drunkenness; not in sexual impurity and promiscuity; not in quarreling and jealousy. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no plans to satisfy the fleshly desires.

    Romans 13:13-14

Don't throw away your confidence, which has a great reward. For you need endurance, so that after you have done God's will, you may receive what was promised.

    Hebrews 10:35-36

Rejoice in hope; be patient in affliction; be persistent in prayer.

    Romans 12:12

His divine power has given us everything required for life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and goodness. By these He has given us very great and precious promises, so that through them you may share in the divine nature, escaping the corruption that is in the world because of evil desires.

For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith with goodness, goodness with knowledge, knowledge with self-control, self-control with endurance, endurance with godliness, godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love. For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they will keep you from being useless or unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

    2 Peter 1:3-8

Choices are made in the present, but the best ones have an eye on the future.

You have a whole lifetime ahead of you to reap the rewards of your decisions. What you do with today can make tomorrow a nice place to live.

Anoble person plans noble things; he stands up for noble causes.

    Isaiah 32:8

So don't be foolish, but understand what the Lord's will
