About this ebook
But when my ex-daughter-in-law and her god-awful mother attacked me with defamation of character, my brain simply snapped. One moment I wanted to commit suicide, and then the next moment, I just wanted revenge.
My psychologist had mentioned that the events that had occurred with my ex-daughter-in-law had unlocked the forbidden door to my childhood and had unleashed all of my childhood demons.
My psychologist was also the one that suggested that I should start writing about my life. She also said that, by putting my terrifying memories on paper, it would help me put my childhood nightmares to rest.

WHAT LIFE IS ALL ABOUT,
AND, STAYING ALIVE
‘If you want to know about stress, then you must read this.’
Hi! My name used to be ‘bad attitude’.
It all started in the year 1960, when I was a little boy. Those days weren’t very pleasant; therefore I had to be ready for my duty on earth.
So let’s start here. I remember those days, when I was five years old. Do you remember when you were five years old? Let’s go back to that time of my life.
I can’t forget that my mother left my biological father when I was 5 years old, and went to live with my step father.
Day one was the day that we were living on Fourth Avenue, in Ottawa, when, my mother used to tie me in the back yard. Now do you really think that she could keep me tied up in the back yard? Even though I was only five years old, I don’t think so. So, with my bad attitude, I would say ‘kiss my ass mom’, or ‘nice try mom’.
God did put me here on earth for a reason; and when I needed him he was ready to help me at all times. But my problem was that I didn’t know any different, so I guess when I wanted to have some fun. I would be a ‘shit head’. I guess ‘God knew that I was now ready for my test. ‘God would tell me ‘OK smart-ass, it’s time now’. Now I would go sit down and think real hard. But since I didn’t know any different, I would look at the corner of our backyard, and what do you think everyone would see if they would have been looking? They would see me with a bright-ass look on my face.
Then all of a sudden, I would look again at the corner, and then I would see that in the corner there was a piece of broken glass with which I could use the sharp edge. Then I would have another bright idea, and I would take the rope that I was tied up with, and slide it against the broken glass. WOW! This is neat, there is even some smoke coming from the rope, but why? Oh God, just shut up and keep rubbing up and down you smart-ass. Bingo, the rope is breaking and finally I am able to get free.
At that moment I thought, ‘all right
