    About this ebook

    These poems were written over a very difficult period of time in my own marriage. In order for my husband and me to heal our hearts and ensure each other of our love, we began to e-mail two or three lines of poetry to each other in a call-and-response format. I saved these five or six lines sent off every workday for nearly two years. I have since rewritten them to reflect a single voice and edited them into what I think are coherent messages. I hope they will speak to your heart, linger in your mind, and rest softly in your eyes.

    Toni Poll-Sorensen is a retired dancer, choreographer and dance educator turned poet. This collection of fully illustrated poetry is her eighth collaboration with her former colleague and friend Mallory Maria Prucha. Toni is currently a student of piano, acting and yoga. She works as a Commercial Model in Florida and is now living in her dream in a home on the beach. Her goal is to celebrate the next ten years in the happiest and most profoundly physical way possible.
