About this ebook
Stark contrasts are present in almost every aspect of our lives. Most of the time, we view this as an inconvenience in our lives, instead of appreciating the lessons we can learn and the beauty of difference.
Humza Khan
Humza Khan is a young university student who recently began sharing his writing. His first title "Wisdom Within" is a poetry collection touching on the subjects of the struggles we all go through, our shared suffering as humans and how to make the most of our feelings. The collection was released on November 9th 2020 and was an Amazon bestseller for a short time. His next book "Contrast" was published shortly after. It is a collection of short poems, mainly based on the theme of the stark differences we see in our life and the lessons we can learn from them. The highly anticipated sequel to Wisdom Within will hopefully be released in 2021.Humza began writing at a young age, when he was 11 years old, he wrote a poem in school that was featured in a collection of children's poems called "Once Upon a Rhyme".After this, he did not really write for a very long time as his heart was not really in it. It was only in recent years that he began writing again, as a means to improve his well being and focus on goals. After realising how powerful writing could be, in not only improving oneself, but also as a means to help and empower others, he decided to share his writing publicly. The idea for Wisdom Within came about during the global pandemic in 2020. After seeing and hearing how so many people were struggling to cope emotionally with the rapidly changing social landscape, he decided to write poems for common feelings so that all people could find similarities to identify with, no matter what stage of isolation they were in, and work towards a slightly more positive mood.Despite this being his first book, the book rose to the poetry best sellers for a short while within only a month of its release.Humza is passionate about always learning and sharing knowledge with others, to help everyone along the journey of life, which may not be always be pleasant, but it is always worth it.
