About this ebook
As we grow and try to figure this thing out, we learn to accept that we are going to make mistakes on this journey and that is okay. With time we become powerful enough to love ourselves where we are and know that the difficult experiences are setting the stage for what is to come. Living With Reason is a journey of taking ownership of self and knowing that we have a purpose in this life. And, that purpose is a great one. Furthermore, we aspire to accept things for what they are now and know that with each day there is so much more to come.
Kelcie D. Brunson
Thus far, I’ve had to make many decisions in my life, and though I tried to make the right choices along the way, I am not perfect. And at times, I failed. Over the years, I’ve cherished some of their memories while others continue to haunt me each day. At times I would pray for a chance to make things the way they used to be, but at some point, I realized that things would never be the same. My life could not be defined by my dreams. I had to start again, and this time, make a lasting change, which enabled me to find my identity in a world with so many faces.

To God be the glory…………..thank You for loving and not giving up on me when i had given up on You.
Introduction
At different times in our lives, we all come to a point where we have to choose our direction. Some of us continue on the same path, and then there are those of us who find it essential to make a change in direction. However, no matter which road we choose whether right or wrong, we make the most of the situation.
Thus far, I’ve had to make many decisions in my life. Although I tried to make the right choices along the way, I am not perfect, and at times I failed. Over the years I’ve cherished some of their memories while others continue to haunt me each day. At times I would pray for a chance to make things the way they used to be, but at some point I realized that things would never be the same. My life could not be defined by my dreams. I had to start again, this time making a lasting change, which enabled me to find my identity in a world with so many faces.

A Relapse in Time
sail me back to a world of before
when nothing that happened I knew
a time when no meant try another way
a time when love was true
take me back to a place of happiness
when all that was bright was free
the sound of laughter in the air
ringing out in sweet harmony
fly me away in an endless dream
the place where I can grow wise
a place free of the tears we shed
and the baggage that plunders our eyes
send me to my Father’s land
that’s far beyond the sea
the landscape of my natural being
where broken hearts are set free
take me back to the beginning of soul
the days of warmth, innocence, and no care
a time when everything seemed so right
though truth was never there
