    Biography

I would like to dedicate this collection to

    my grandmother Judie Dockweiler.

She listened to everything I wrote,

even the weird, wacky, and the sweet.

    With Me

    Walk with me,

    Talk with me

    Teach me all your ways.

    I write, I speak,

I count the days for you.

    Seconds, hours, weeks for you.

    Speak to me,

As I know, I love you so.

    Talk to me,

    Teach me your ways.

    Walk with me,

    We’ll wonder far away.

Together forever in our own little way,

Our world, our life, our love.

    Talk to me,

    Teach me your ways.

    Walk with me,

For the rest of our days.

Our life, our love, together forever,

    Our world, our stance,

    Will never collapse.

    For Myself

Like a butterfly to a flower,

Like a moth to the dark,

    As a bird in flight

    I am attracted to you

    In the most unexpected ways.

    A horse may run,

    An eagle may fly.

    You are the sun,

    Deep in my eye.

    A flower will bloom,

    The clouds will rain.

    The moon will come,

    And end the day.

    Ponytail, braid

    Free and French.

    These are a few

    Of the many ways.

    We love, we lose,

    We wish for more.

    The more we get,

    The more shallow we become.

    A price to pay

    Mazes, traps, transporters and doors.

Your heart is lost and mine is found.

    Games and school,

    Distracting you.

    Game guides and cheater books.

The code to your love is gone.

    I miss it so,

    And you should too.

    Blue, green, orange, and pink,

Which is you? Which is me.

    Colors of the rainbow,

    Trying and true.

    They are all,

    Me and you.

    Money money,

    Dollars and cents,

    Quarters, dimes, nickels, and pennies.

    Clothes and food,

    Trinkets and chimes.

    All is not,

    Without a price to pay.

    Moments

    School time, gym time,

    Sports and friends,

    Any time to spare.

For a lover of a girl?

    Crushing for years,

    Yet still alone.

    Staying away,

    For fear of loss.

    It started with a look,

    A loving stare.

    Strapped there unable to move,

    Searching every inch.

    A wondrous sight,

And a perfect personality to match.

    Enjoying the moment,

    That ended much too soon.

    Wishing for more,

    Hoping for a glance.

Getting no notice, She resorts to friends.

    Begging for anything,

    And getting none.

    Home

    Break it, fix it.

    A vicious cycle.

    Replace this and destroy that.

    No matter what you do,

    Things are going to break.

    All you can do,

Is fix it, buy a new one,

    Or go without.

    A chip in the paint,

    A dent in the wall.

    All places have their problems.

    A broken tile,

    A scuffed up
