About this ebook

Break the Mold explains how Family Patterns and Family Karma form within the family line.

This insightful book illuminates how you have in fact been born with the ability to change harmful family patterns and also, carry the obligation to do so. We have inherited some great, and not so great, things from our ancestors. It is time to recognize what needs to be cherished, eliminated, and what we need to take from there and improve.

Learn to recognize a pattern as being, not your own, but part of your familys Pattern or Karma.

We must be aware of:

Ego vs Soul
Different types of Karma, from personal, family, and collective.
A deeper explanation about the family patterns, which she believes is now in the DNA or Genome of a person.

    BREAK THE MOLD

Definition of insanity by Albert Einstein:

Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Sometimes there’s a need to break away from the family mold to succeed in your own life.

    Here’s how!

    Family Patterns—Family Karma

    Why me and why now?

It’s time for you to choose your own path to success, break free of family patterns, and

    lead the way!

    DEDICATION

I dedicate this book to all of us who are finally coming home to our true divine self.

To all who came before us.

To my mother, whose passing woke me up to my true journey!

To my family and friends who made this book possible.

I also want to acknowledge some who inspired me when times were tough and who unknowingly gave me light: Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay

And to Keith, who without knowing it, made possible

the transition from unhealthy to healthy!

    PREFACE

Do you see unhealthy patterns in your family that you’d like to change? Have you ever felt or heard expressions such as: It’s our family tradition. There it goes again. Like father, like son. And, It’s in the family blood. These are all statements of a family pattern, or Family Karma.

Then it’s time to change the influence of your family’s malignant Karma and thereby becoming your true and healthy self. Begin to love who you really are!

The idea for this book came to me during various meditation sessions and the work I have done on myself to release my Family Karma/Patterns which held me hostage.

My aim is to help you do this and to help your loved ones do the same. One person may change an entire family history of dysfunctional patterns. Are you the one willing to make these changes? If so, this is the book for you!

    INTRODUCTION

Family Karma. Why me and why now?

    Achieving success.

Is this something foreign to you? Looking around, you find there are a lot of successful people, but you do not consider yourself one of them?

To succeed is to be able to attain a goal. If your goal is to have a harmonious relationship with a marital partner and you are married and happy—you have arrived at your goal. However, if your parents were divorced and you are unable to sustain a relationship, it’s likely you are repeating the steps of your parents, but, you may consider yourself to be a failure. This could be true for any other aspect of life—finance, career, creative talents, etc.

Now, there are two main reasons why you fail to reach your goal: either you are placed in a situation where you do not want to be, and purposely fail to get out of it, consciously or unconsciously; or, despite everything you do, all the steps you took, all the help you got, all the healing you obtained—if you still fail, you may be following in the footsteps of your family.

If that is the case, this book is aimed at helping you overcome this fear of success ingrained in your family inheritance, which I believe to be in your genes.

Success comes from persistence but whenever persistence is met with resistance, we must rise to the occasion via our individual Soul. This book is meant to help you access this connection.

Exercises to strengthen your persistence are presented to help you carry out your soul task given to you at birth. With that persistence you will acquire precision, knowledge, tenacity, patience, understanding, and compassion—all the ingredients needed to be successful in any endeavor. Even when you are born into a family which holds a problematic genetic inheritance, you were also born with a Divine energy to spiritually recognize it and change it.

This ability may have been forgotten if you became complacent with the
