    People all over the world today are interested in food and fitness. Diets in America are very unhealthy and lifestyles are overly sedentary. People more and more are overweight out of shape, poor health, emotionally and physically.

    Let talk about heathy eating habits, using food for comfort isn’t helpful. Food dose not bring us near to God.1 Corinthians, 8:8. But food does not bring us near to God; we are no worse if we do not eat, and no better if we do. Always helpful when we pray and think before we eat like what you are feeling and how much do you really need. For example when we are with friends and family we get carry away and got about our intake let be very careful with our intake. Proverbs 23:1-3 when you sit to dine with a ruler.Note well what is before you, and put a knife to your throat if you are given to gluttony. Do not crave his delicacies, for that food is deceptive.

    Give your anxieties to God not to food Philippians 4: 6-7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
