Daniel Carroll

Daniel Carroll born February 2, 1976 has been through many struggles in his life. At the age of three he was hit by a car, and was in a coma for 3 months. Growing up he tried to find a way to fit in the best that he could. He struggled with drug abuse for many years, before he came to know Jesus as his Lord and Savior. After coming to know Jesus, Daniel’s life was changed in many ways as he began to live for God and allowed Him to work in his life.

Soul Satisfying

I want to love like never before

I want to inspire

to love free, without the continued struggle

I want to love without restraints

I want to look longingly into your eyes

as I lose myself in your beauty

I want to inspire!

I want to inspire!

I want to love forevermore!

I await the day when God

brings and reveals His queen to me

I long for the day when these words

which He has given to me

touches not only her heart

but also the deepest fibers of her soul

I look forward to the day when I can love her

the way in which, my God knows that she deserves to be loved

Ram In the Bush

In hopeless abandonment

In hopeless abandonment

my God, I praise You

In hopeless abandonment

I give You the utmost thanks

for having led me to the life

that I have come to know in You

In hopeless abandonment

I give You all of the praise

while I am nowhere near to where

I should be in this life

Father, I thank You

that I am in no way

where I used to be

Although some things

from my past still continue to linger,

Lord I hold tightly to You

knowing that as You

have done in other areas

You will also work in those which remain

My God, my Lord,

although I do not presently see

a way of escape

I know that You are the Bringer

of my everlasting escape

In due season I will see clearly

the door to this escape

Father God, I call to You

My God, my Lord I need Your help

There is a desire in my heart

to be in perfect relationship

with one of Your daughters

I don’t believe that this desire has come about

solely on my own

I believe that it was You

who has placed this desire within me

I come to You now

humbly Lord, I lay this prayer before You

My God, my Lord

You know that my faith

in You is strong

But You also know that

when it comes to having patience

that this is where I truly lack

Lord, I pray that You

would help me to be patient

and to allow You to lead the way

where this is concerned

Help me to not try and get ahead of You

Help me to wait for You to open up the door

as You would have it opened

Lord, patience is what I need

It is Your guidance that I desire
