I am a child of God, and I want a mate!
God hurry, send me a mate!
I am lonely, and I want a mate!
I am tired of eating alone!
I need someone to share my life, thoughts and dreams.
I need a mate!
Holidays such as, Christmas, Valentines day are lonelier without a mate.
When will you send me a mate?
My arms are without an embrace.
My lips are without an affectionate kiss
Lord, why are you silent?
Speak Lord, Speak!


GODS REPLY

Be still, be still, and trust Me and know that I am God. I alone know the plans that I have for your life.
Remember, I created you for my glory and not Me for yours.
Trust Me, and know that I am the creator and loves His creation.

Through the eyes of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ we are spiritually betrothed unto Him in love throughout eternity.

Our spiritual marriage became official when we uttered those heartfelt words of Yes, Lord, I will serve you. Our verbal commitment became binding and it will last forever.

Our spiritual marriage was consummated on that special day when we vowed unto God that we would love and serve Him. We immediately became one with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Today, you can stand boldly and shout hallelujah, because we are now Single, but Married to God.

I now pronounce you, Married to God.

I thank God for this gift, a gift of a father who stepped up to the plate, and became a father not in name only, but in every meaning of the word father.

I also want to thank my husband for his love and support during the writing of this book, Single, but Married to God.

S ingle, but Married to God" is written for encouragement and strength to my single brothers and sisters in Christ, who are secretly seeking and desiring to covet this special gift from God called Marr iage.

Inside of this book, Single, but Married to God, I will attempt to uncover some of Satan’s deceptive traps and also reveal God’s love and His Plan and Purpose for His single population.

I also, want the readers to know that I humbly sought the Lord for His divine wisdom and instructions on how to present this message to those who are single and hurting inside of God’s house.

While in the process of writing this book, I began to envision some that would challenge or question my ability on how I could convey this type of message to a group of single adults who would inwardly challenge my ability on discerning what they may be experiencing or enduring as a single adult.

To those of you, who are looking on the outside, and only seeing a married woman, and thinking that she has it all together because she has a husband. Wrong, this married woman had a single past. This married woman was not married her entire life, and yes she lived this single life for many years inside and outside of the church.

My testimony is one of living many single years in Satan’s world doing what he commanded me to do.

Meanwhile, there are still some of you who are wondering, how can a married woman know or understand about being single? How can she know my inward feelings of being lonely? Look, she has a Husband!" What does she know about being single? How can she write such a book? What does she know about my struggles and my lonely nights? All I want is a mate! As I share some of my testimony you may understand what makes me qualified to compose a book called, "Single, but Married to God." Not to mention, God ordaining me to do so, and second, because of my testimony of living many years of singleness inside the church.

Below is some of my testimony – Living single and saved in God’s house.

I was a young, single woman of twenty-seven years of age when the Lord rescued me from the evil grips of Satan. My emancipation date was the month of October 1973.

My chains of sin were broken, and from my mouth flowed exuberant praise and worship. I could not stop thanking God for cleansing my soul and restoring back to me, my self-respect. You see, I found out that a woman is nothing without
