Michael has B.S. degrees in Business Administration and Secondary Education, with minors in Special Needs and Marketing from the University of North Dakota. He lives in Fairfax, VA with his wife, Julie. He has two daughters, Kylie and Lindsey. He also has two granddaughters Korryn and Gracie. For the past six years, he has loved every minute of his work in an elementary school classroom.
