Me
Life is an unstoppable story.
You have your ups and downs and in
betweens.
Things happen within this life and you will experience many emotions within this time.
Heartache, jealousy, joy, content, sorrow, anger, hostility.
Several feelings will arise in one instance or another.
Your mind will react and so will your heart; leading you into a several chapter book.
Night and day, day and night; a perpetual rotation and nothing to stop or slow this pace down.
Life is what it is and we all are dealt situations and it is our job to take it or leave it, and most of all to learn from it.
This is life as I know it… .
27776.jpgLife Is Too Short
Life is too short for anger and hate
for the smile that seems to emerge too late
for angry words that hurt and scar
for your love to turn and go afar
for a hand embedded within a chest
as a heart ripped out, as the final rest
Life is too short for a love to go wrong
for turmoil to continue in love too long
for hardships to maintain without correction
and a hope of happiness resurrection
Life is too short for tears to fall
to barricade ourselves behind a high standing wall
to crumble down upon our knees
to raise our heard in begs and pleas
Life is too short to never love and care
to never give a heart to confide and share
to find someone to hold you ever so tight
to comfort and protect through a dreadful night
life is too short for anger and hate
for life continues at a fast paced rate
27774.jpgIdeology 1
It is depicted that when it is your time, you become more aware of smell, sight, and sound. You fall into regret of all of the things that you didn’t say that you feel that you should have said. The things you have done that you shouldn’t have. The things you didn’t do that you should have done. The hurt that you have reflected upon someone else or yourself; the remorse falls upon you and you realize you are out of time. You plead for forgiveness of your lost ways or the lost relationships with your deity.
When it is your time, the clock has stopped; the time you were given had run out. Your love has more meaning, your memories will never cease as they are reviewed as continuous home movies. When it is your time, you slip into your eternity of slumber while you pass with your only importance—love and memories.
25764.jpgRushing Waters
As the rain fell and the water over rose
You were swept away by the water’s rushing flows
The water came in so fleet and strong
That you didn’t know how long your body would hold on
The thunderous roars of rushing waters
Was killing off everyone’s screams and everyone’s hollers
You were the only one that was left
But God was not giving up until everyone had slept
God’s voice was the rolling thunder
That demanded that the water pulled you under
Faster and faster you lungs began to fill
Deeper and deeper your body was being taken over until
Your body and soul could take no more
Your soul had already walked through that open door
Your spirit was lifted and you were gone
God has taken your soul and now he has won
God was pointing a finger down upon you and said you were the one
So good-bye dear friend, it was you who he wanted to come
Dedicated to a friend who lost her life in a flood in 1997
27771.jpgIdeology 2
You look at me as a role model. The one who was there since your birth. Someone tangible and personal. Someone who walked along with you, with eyes that kept notice as if a form of guidance. Someone who holds your hand and bares a shoulder.
