Why are you partial against Africans?
Why are other continents seem to be better than the African continent in all facets of human life except in evil acts?
Why the unending scarcity of water, fuel, kerosine, and other mineral resources you gave to Africans, especially Nigeria?
Why the unending electricity power failures?
Why are all these second hand vehicles, used appliances, and materials in Africa?
Why are all these bad roads in this part of the world?
Why are the Easterners, Christian States, and the Jews of Nigeria marginalized in many aspect of Nigerian affairs?

God, in his own way, lured me to research for the origin of blackman in the Bible. Thereafter, the Word of God arrested me, and the answers to the above queries surfaced plus many other divine revelations; hence today, I am an apostle of Jesus Christ preaching the Word of God. I owe unreserved apologies to God on behalf of Africans, Nigerians, and the Igbo ethnic group in particular hence the introduction of this book to the world. This book is an acid test for the Word of God, and a must read for inquisitive minds, all and sundries.

Samuel Chuks Okafor

The author is one of those miracle children born in an African rural village environment where God picked him from grass to grace. He was educated in an American University—Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, in Huntsville, Alabama, where he obtained a BSc (Hons) in economics and an MBA in finance and management, respectively. He is a PhD research fellow on Armed Robbery Crime Prevention Strategies in Nigeria at the Center for the Study of Public Order, University of Leicester, in UK. He later transferred his independent research to Investigative Psychology of Armed Robbery Crime Prevention in Nigeria at the University of Liverpool, psychology department, just to assist Nigerian police in fighting crime. He is the originator of Special Anti-robbery Squad (SARS) and Security Trust Fund (STF) in Nigeria when Alhaji Gambo was the inspector general of the Nigerian Police. He is a retired merchant banker and now a principal consultant in Samuelsons International (security/management) Consultants and the chairman / chief executive of Neo-Tropical Investments & Export Marketing Company Ltd. He was the founder and the first Presidential Aspirant of Practical Democratic Congress Party of Nigeria (PDCP; registered but not licensed). He is an apostle of Christ and a minister of New Jerusalem End Time TV and radio evangelism just for Africans, Nigerians, and the Igbos ethnic group in particular to be like their foreign counterparts.

This book is dedicated to my late Father Moses, Who never allowed idolatry of any kind or initiation into masquerade cult in his compound since the year 1900 when he became a member of the very first 12 parochial church committee members of St. Lawrence Anglican Church Ndiowu in Orumba North Local Government area of Anambra State of Nigeria.

I also dedicate this book to my children, Godson, Blessing, Kingsley, Johnson, Patience, God gift, and my wife Kate for their encouragement, and support in bearing the burden God imposed on me; And to my elder brother, Venerable Shedrack O. My sympathy goes to all the victims of masquerade cults, especially those who lost their lives, and properties, excommunicated, fined, penalized for violating masquerade secret cult rules, and traditions.

Final dedication goes to all living men whether ordained priest or laity all over the world whose main duty is to defend the word of God by serving only one God, and doing his will. May God open our eyes to behold wondrous things coming out from the Holy Scriptures through this book in Jesus name. Amen! (Psalm 119:18)

The answers only came clearly in 1997 when I had given my total life to serve the Lord - Rejection, disobedience to the laws of God, outright refusal, and non-application of The Word of God.

Special appreciation goes to the Most Reverend Dr. Emmanuel Oliseh Chukwuma whom after the first crusade he organized at the Cathedral Church of the Good Shepherd, Independence Layout, Enugu, upon his arrival to head the Anglican Diocese of Enugu, I completely gave my full life to Christ, and vowed to serve the Lord all the days of my life.

All who make idols are nothing, and the things they treasure are worthless. Those who would speak up for them are blind. They are ignorant to their own shame who shapes a god, and cast at idol which can profit him nothing. (Isaiah 44: 9-10)

African nations are enslaved in idolatry. Worship of idols and its concomitant have blinded people of African race. The work of God (Bible) rightly said that the worshippers of idols will be like them (idols) (Psalm 115:8)

Hence, I am delighted to write this foreword on a book title AFRICA’S BACKWARDNESS, MISFORTUNES, AND THE WORD OF GOD

This theme is timely in view of the fate of African Nations today. Africa is the cradle of civilization. A closer look at the way things are going in many African Nations is suggesting that something must be wrong somewhere. The first has become the last.

Bro. Samuel Chuks Okafor (as I will like to address him) has really dived into revelation facts of the problems of Africa. Often you hear people ask, what is wrong with our Nations? Why are we not progressing? Are we cursed?

Bro. PROLOGUE

But they mingled with the nations, and adopted their customs. They worshipped their idols that became a snare to them. They sacrificed their sons, and daughters to demons. They shed innocent blood, the blood of their sons, and daughters, which they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan (Africans, Nigerians, Igbos etc.) and the land was desecrated by their blood. They defiled themselves by what they did; by their deeds they prostituted themselves. Therefore the Lord was angry with his people, and abhorred his inheritance. He handed them over to the nations, and their foes ruled over them. Their enemies oppressed and subjected them to their power. Many times he delivered them from (Biafra/Nigeria civil war, June 12, Kaduna, Kano, Jos, Bauchi, Lagos, Maidugiri, Abuja riots etc.) but they were bent on rebellion and they wasted away in their sins. (Psalm 106:35-47)

The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness, and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness. Since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them. For since the creation of the world, God’s invisible qualities - his eternal power, and divine nature have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made so that men are without excuses [Romans 1:18-20.] For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Although they claimed to be wise they became fools, and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like mortal man [masquerades/idols] and birds, trees, animals and reptiles. Therefore God gave them over in their sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshipped and served created things rather than the Creator - who is forever praised. Amen. (Romans 1: 21-25)

Although they know God’s righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them. (Romans 1:32)

But for those who are self-seeking, and who reject the truth, and follow evil, there will be the wrath and anger. There will be trouble and distress for every human being who does evil; First for the Jews (Igbos) then for the Gentiles; but glory, honor and peace for every one who does good: first for the Jews, then for Gentiles. For God does not show favoritism. (Romans 2: 8 -11) Thus, the conclusion of the matter is; All who worship images are put to shame; including those who boast in idols. Worship Him all you gods". (Psalm 97:7)

This city must be punished; it is filled with oppression, and pours out her wickedness. Violence and destructions resound in her; her sickness, and wounds are ever before me; Take warning, O Jerusalem or I will turn away from you and make your land desolate so that no one can live in it.

INTRODUCTION

Any nation without the fear of God, any Country that does not take the word of God very serious, any racial group that does not obey or respect the laws of the Lord, any ethnic group that has no regard to the traditions of God but rather respects, uplifts, and admire the traditions of men, any Government that does not respect or take heed to the word of God in its entirety, any individual or group that marginalizes God and his son Jesus Christ; that Country, that race, that ethnic group, that individual, that Government must be in total disarray, confusion, destabilization, marginalization, crisis ridden, rebellious, backwardness, and will never find peace all the days of their existence.

I have become a servant of the most high by the commission God gave to me to present to you the word of God in its fullness - the mystery that has been kept hidden for ages and generations, but now disclosed to the saints. (Colossians 1:25)"

The author became an orphan before entering secondary school. My father introduced me to God by forcing me to attend village choir practices even at that age one was still going about naked comfortably.
