About this ebook
. All dogs are different, especially Labradors as they usually have an even, gentle and loving temperament. They are very intelligent, faithful and protective friends who need to be treated with kindness and respect. A wonderful companion for all ages and types of people, including youngsters, and those with all manner of disabilities. Labradors are often chosen because of their loving nature, friendly disposition and loyalty.
Labradors love to chew and bite things. This is because their mouths are their main sensory input and their way of exploring their world. Their sense of smell and taste is many times stronger than humans. Having a good range of high-quality non-toxic chew toys is a healthy option to keep your dog physically and mentally healthy. Chew toys will keep labs occupied for hours before they happily fall asleep.
As young pups, Labradors need toys designed to promote dental hygiene and soothe their gums. This is an ideal time to encourage appropriate chewing behavior and stop inappropriate chewing as they get over teething pains. This book will help you choose the right chew toys for your Labrador and gie you some insights into the reason he choose to chew everything unless you teach him not to and provide suitable alternative chew toys

How to Find the Best Labrador Chew Toys - Simon Staub
Introduction
Bring home a Labrador puppy or dog is an exciting time, but it’s also a huge and important responsibility. Labs known amongst the more common breeds as very affectionate, playful, trusting, loyal and protective. They make wonderful companions and are suitable for people of all ages. When you make a new Lab friend he will rely on you for all his needs both physical and emotional and his total overall wellbeing.
In order to ensure your new friend has a happy and stress-free life, he needs to be taught or trained some of the things you expect of him and to become familiar with all the rules in his new home. These can easily be taught in a positive and friendly way with guidance, patience and encouragement so your new dog soon understands the type of behavior that’s acceptable and all the things expected of him
We are not suggesting a male is preferable to a female or that either is better, but for convenience, we are only using him when we refer to your Labrador in this book.
When you first get your new Labrador, it’s natural he will receive a lot of attention and fuss, but it’s important to remember to provide him with a realistic amount of alone time
. This because he will have to spend some time alone when you’re away or busy, time in his run, pen or crate. By doing this it will quickly become a normal part of his day and he will not stress over it and probably look forward to it as dogs naturally like to sleep in small, secure enclosed spaces.
If you feel the need to punish your Lab
