Alan Penn
Born in Glasgow, Scotland, and now residing in Toronto, Canada, Alan discovered he had a talent for writing poetry while in hospital for a nervous breakdown. He wrote how he felt in a poem called Expression Of Depression, featured in this book. He continued to write more poems until the depression lifted. Nervous breakdowns, surgeries for Crohn's Disease, divorce, bankruptcy, and cancer have given him a unique outlook on life and the ability to write "poetry for the masses"."It has taken me 25 years to complete this book, so never give up on your dream."
